TOPIC: GOVERNMENT AND OBESITY
2-2-13 - DREAM - I was in a very large building with a concrete floor where
beef cattle (steers) were butchered, but the word sacrificed comes to mind.
There was a dead steer standing next to an aisle that had just been killed.
Whether it was held up by ropes I don't know, but it looked dead, yet still
standing.
Two women came along right then, and one of the women was built very large,
what I'd call 'hefty', not just a fat jolly type. She was tough and what
I'd call antagonistic of attitude, and I was a little intimidated by her.
There was a mirror in the room, and I could see her reflection and my own
reflection in the mirror at the same time, and I was just as obese as she was,
but despite her appearance and intimidation, I went out of my way to tell her "I
love you", because I thought it might make her a nicer person to know that not
everyone was afraid of her and could actually be nice to her and love her.
I had seen a government letter written about how to treat obesity and that
'fat' people were nice people and should be treated with respect and love.
I could see the words on the letter and it was from the office of the
President or something - very formal.
I was determined that I was going to change this woman's fierce demeanor by
telling her I loved her, but I could see on her face that she wasn't buying it.
At the same time, I felt her inner anger at humanity itself from her
upbringing and defensiveness to be told she was loved because it was evident
that she didn't believe a word I said.
I was actually just saying the words and feeling a bit of fear at the same
time. But I could remember the government letter about obesity too and
knew that people like her needed love.
It was a very odd situation, and I knew 'how' to treat the woman, but
'feeling' it didn't come easily.

2-2-13 MEDITATION: I asked what my focus should be and I was told
gardening.
That has been my focus since November, so I'm fine with that.
I asked the question again to see if there was further refinement on that
issue:
I then saw a black cow come out of the almond orchard and jump over the
irrigation ditch into our yard.

his sins. If a cow scratches someone in a dream, it means an
illness. If one is attacked by a cow or a steer in a dream, it
means that a great punishment will befall him, or it could mean that he
may be killed during that same year. If one sees himself riding a
black cow, or if a cow enters his house, where he ties
her to a pole in his dream , it means money, good business and
dispelling of his anxiety, sadness, loneliness or distress. A
slaughtered cow in a dream represents a calamity. If a shipment
of yellow cows arrives at the port of a city in a dream, it means a
plague or the spreading of unknown diseases. If a herd of ugly looking
cows enters a city with smoke emanating from their noses, and if the
people hate their look in the dream, it means a raid, an enemy, or that
unwanted solders will control that town. If one sees himself riding a
cow in a dream, it means that he will inherit a woman. If one is
offered a cow hide as a gift in a dream, it means that he will
receive money from someone in authority. On the other hand, if one is
stripped of a cow's hide he owns in a dream, it represents a fine that
he will have to pay. To see the calf of the Children of Israel in
a dream means dissension, temptation or a murder. It also may mean a
miraculous event, or that a heavenly sign will take place in that
locality. If the person is disobedient to his mother, he will repent and
turn to be good to her. If a cow butts against him in a dream, it
means that Allah is displeased with him.
OBESITY:
NOTE: I've been obese most of my life. I dieted like everyone
else. One time I took some drug (name unremembered) that was some kind of
amphetamine that my doctor prescribed to lose weight, and when I took a pill, I
didn't feel like eating for 3 days afterward, and I lost 90 pounds, but it made
my fingers tremble for years afterward also. I lost 90 pounds just by diet
and sheer will another time and drinking diet sodas instead of eating food, and
lost 110 pounds more recently by cutting out sugar and cheese in the beginning
and easily losing the weight because without sugar, I had no desire to eat
either. (I don't recommend just cutting out all food willy nilly - you
have to be healthy at the same time)

I know how to count calories with the best of dieters - we all do it,
read labels, watch our cholesterol, and sugar intake, and fight the obesity
battle all our lives, though mine came with pregnancy and never stopped after
that. It's easy to gain 50 pounds when you are pregnant, and fighting that
weight is very difficult to lose when you are nursing a child and the child's
health depends on you. When you have multiple pregnancies, one after the
other, it is a constant battle with the scale.
Men's weight problems are different than women's I realize, and from watching
television programs about people who weigh 800 pounds or thereabouts have other
issues with food than women vs pregnancy. Emotion and feeling unloved
plays a big part in that as well.
It's hard to believe you are loved when you can't love yourself because you
are fat.
