This is very interesting Joe, thanks for your work. I was not aware of the association of the Owl to the Age of Iron.
A few years ago, I accidentally sat on a cast iron own candle holder that was concealed beneath a blanket. I will never forget that because I could barely sit down for a couple of weeks afterward. I was so angry I tossed the owl away, wanting never to see it again to be reminded of the pain. LOL!
Here's what I found combining "age of iron" with owl on google. Athena is very meaningful to me. Maybe I should consider the event a type of "informal" initiation of sorts. hehe

Cassie's recent dream of dead people (below) seems to fit well with
several themes I have followed over the years. The latest part about that dream
-- the two broken vases being owls -- made a big connection to a key dream
of a young man -- apparently indicating Lilith, the first wife of Adam, who
is associated with the owl. This ancient Babylonian relief image is
arguably, Lilith, standing between two big owls --

It may represent Istar or another feminine deity. In any case, I think the
basic message is similar. The implications about the Earth changes are
huge.
The young man reported that he dreamed of being in his back yard at night.
A giant owl, about four feet tall, was standing before him. In a woman's
voice, she said, "I will be there to get you at 11:11.
After waking up, he did a search and found our pages about the 11:11
coincidences. When he saw that many people have been reporting extreme
coincidences of seeing 11:11 on clocks and such, he began to cry.
For over twenty years, I have noted the many dreams, myths, and religions
that indicate a "problem" with the feminine aspect during our time cycle
(Kali Yuga, Age of Iron). It became more and more supported over time in many
ways.
One of the first coincidences started with writing a dream-based
speculation that Adam and Eve represent one person (human prototype) with a large
male rational aspect and a small, rib-sized, feminine intuitive/dreaming
aspect. Weeks later, I found the same interpretation in the Gnostic Gospels,
written over 1600 years ago. I later found that H.P. Blavatsky made the same
point -- that Adam/Eve represent the "first androgen."
Much later, I learned of Lilith, who was equal to Adam in the beginning. He
rejected her, after which she was perceived as a demonic Screech Owl type.
Ishtar (or Inanna) made a descent into the Underworld, where she lost her
power (apparently relating to the seven chakras). She was later rescued,
and returned up the Ladder of Lights to become Queen of Heaven once again. I

A dream of mine indicated that Ishtar is still down in the Underworld
(perhaps the collective unconscious) and we must ressucitate her. In that way,
we give her "more coffee" (symbolically, the wake-up substance).
Dee and I discussed Cassie's recent dream of dead people, and agreed that
it seems to fit with some ideas about the Tree of Life. I will review here
some of the ideas I have had about dreams that seem related to the Tree of
Life. I apologize to those who already know these things -- I need to
approach this as if you know little about the connections.
The Tree also represents the chakras. The chakras are sometimes represented
in dreams as flowers, or circular things, such as bicycles, vehicles, and
dishes. The chakras, of course, are also color coded. Something like this

Just click on a sphere or a path to find information. The spheres (called
sephiroth or Sephirot) are considered vessels. As Dee pointed out, the word
"Shevirah" means "Shattering of the Vessels" --

To me, various Kabbalistic ideas help explain the "script' of our 'stage
play" as imaged in the "great dreams" of today. Repairing the Tree (and our
world) is called "Tikkun olam."
The Left (Judgment) Pillar of the Tree represents the feminine. It is
associated with the Hebrew letters DN, which can relate to names like Dan,
Daniel, Dinah, Don, Donna, and the like. This also relates to the Tribe of Dan
and to Scorpio and scorpions. These symbols do appear in dreams.
The Right (Mercy) Pillar represents the masculine. Symbols of that side
include the Valentine's Day heart, and other heart-related symbols. The Right
Pillar may be considered "warm-hearted," as opposed to the Left Pillar as
"cold-hearted." The relative warmth or cold in dreams seem to relate.
Christmas and Jesus also seem to represent the Right Pillar.
The Middle (Mildness) Pillar represents a balance between the Left and
Right Pillars. That position is the ideal. Reference "Goldilocks and The Three
Bears."
View the Tree of Life like a mirror image, so that the Left and Right
gender assignments and other associations, are reversed within us -- that is,
our left brain is masculine (rational thinking) and our right brain is
feminine (dreaming intuitive). An example of this mirroring, I believe, is that
men tend to be more judgmental and women more forgiving. And, women
generally tend to be more intuitive than men.
We see the same basics in our politics with republican conservatives on the
right and democratic liberals on the left. This also corresponds to Old
Testament (eye for and eye) and New Testament (turn the other cheek).
In the "Final Judgment" given in Matthew 25, the sheep and goats (us) are
separated right and left, depending on how we have treated "the least of
these" -- which seems to be the mirror view. We say republicans are "right
wing" and democrats "left wing." (and both sides sometimes refer to the other
as "wing nuts! :-)
Dee and I think that we actually judge ourselves. When (symbolically) our
hearts are weighed against the feather (truth and moral order) in the
Judgment Hall, the outcome depends on whether we feel light-hearted or
heavy-hearted about our life. If we feel heavy-hearted, another incarnation is
apparently needed (symbolized by being swallowed by the karmic beast).
One of the results of the "shattering of the vessels" was that the feminine
Judgment Pillar became too strong and the masculine Mercy Pillar became
too weak. This "out of balance" condition is a big source of our problems.
The future balance, involves the "return of the feminine," and is
symbolized in a number of ways. A great one is "Two Suns," where Venus has become
the equal of our Sun. Symbolically, the Morning Star will no longer fade
away with the sunrise -- we will apparently maintain our connection to the
dream world even in daytime, while wide awake. Some key figures are associated
with the Morning Star -- Jesus, Lucifer, and Quetzalcoatl. Venus is at the
bottom of the Right Pillar, on the Tree of Life, represented by sphere 7,
Netzach, aka, Victory.
The first masculine (Father) emanation of the Tree of Life is sphere 2,
Chokhmah (or Hokhmah), also called "Wisdom."
The first feminine (Mother) emanation is sphere 3, Binah, aka,
"Understanding." She is associated symbolically to the words "house" and "bread."
Bread can also associate with judgment (or karma).
It seems to me that the two spheres (vessels) at the top of the Left and
Right Pillars of the Tree of Life may correspond to the two vases in Cassie's
dream that "were shaped like large owls and what was broken was the tops
of their heads."
We do think of the owl as being symbolically wise. To the Gnostics, the
feminine goddess is Sophia, Divine Wisdom (the sofa in certain dreams). My
guess is that this symbolism relates to our dreams at night time, when the
owl is active, that is, while we are dreaming. Wisdom comes in dreams.
According to mythologist, Joseph Campbell, birds represent the descent of
the Deity into the field of time. I think of this as the birds representing
messengers from on High. Sheila has had a few dreams about an Aviary that
may relate.
In the dream, the owl vases had "made in a China print." Various dream
indicate that oriental people or things in our "western" dreams, can represent
the symbolically "foreign" entities from the "East," the direction of
enlightenment, where the sun arises and the Morning Star appears. The Morning
Star associates with sphere 7, Netzach, aka, Victory, on the bottom of the
Right Pillar.
Last year, Dee dreamed that her friend, Bonnie, died. She felt that the
name Bonnie, which means beautiful, my symbolize "Beauty," which is the name
associated with sphere 6 (Tipareth) of the Tree of Life -- the one in the
center that corresponds to the heart chakra. I have noticed that the name,
Beau, in a dream, also seems to sometimes represent Tipareth/Beauty.
Based on her dream, Dee went on to create a very nice blog page on the
subject, and included a section about the words wisdom and understanding in
the Bible --

An important one is in Revelation 13:18 --
"Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the
beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred
threescore and six"
Blavatsky wrote that Saint John was a Kabbalist. The more I learn about the
subject, the more I agree. It seems that many other parts of the Bible
relate to Kabaalism. A big "coincidental" one, to me, was James 2:13 --
"For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy; yet mercy
triumphs over judgment."
This feminine "problem" appears in the Hindu tradition as the Goddess
Kali, who wears a girdle of severed human hands. As the instruments of our
works, this represents the karmic (tough love learning) process. She evokes the
feeling of Tamasisk, which means fury, anger.
Her Biblical counterpart, (I think obviously) is the harlot of Revelation
17, who is seated upon "many waters," which are "peoples and multitudes and
nations and tongues."

I have a few other ideas about the dream of dead people and other dreams
reported on this Forum. This includes certain other associations with the
Tree of Life, such as the house, vehicle, bicycle, weddings, and marriages.
Also, the Divine Name, YHWH, along with its common name (John & others) and
numerical associations, which seems to have appeared in some of Sheila's
dreams as 2525.

This dream is full of symbolism - you can find all these clues on the Tree
of Life.
Trying to sleep - is that you aren't aware of all this.
Broken vases = the shattering of the vessels - called Shevirah - and we
need to repair them. They can't be filled with Light (Quintessence) from
above so we have to fill them from below. That's what we spiritually work
on
every day. Right actions on your part repairs them from below.
This process is called: Tikkun Olam (pronounced Te coon O lamb)
Piano = harmony
Sleeping in the music room is a great and wonderful thing to do.

I told my step father and he was unaware as well. I then remembered both
of them were dead as well. I feel like I am forgetting part of this dream.
I
remember hating the clutter and then not being able to rest because of the
voices and appearances of the dead relatives. They all seemed happy
though, excited about something...

One detail I forgot was the vases were made in a China print with gold

It was a pair of them.
Also recently I have been working with a sister I never knew existed to
connect with my father who I was separated from through my parents divorce
when I was 18 months old!
I have been very excited about this as if the universe had a hand in this
reunion.
These ancestors in my dream were very pleased with this and chattering
amongst themselves like my stepfather was alright with it and my mom who are
both deceased now.

The Owl
certainly fits with Wisdom and the return of the feminine.
The
Peacock fits with a dream I read on a posting board
in 2004. It is pasted
below, along with a few other
excerpts from the article we created about the
next
Pope.
The symbols in the dream fit well with a Papal
election. There were 24 aged
men in white robes and 24
polished stones.
Later in the dream, someone comes
into the room wearing a robe with a
"peacock feathers"
type design. A large hand places a large black stone into
the box, which grew 50 times larger.

months after that dream, John Paull II died, and Pope
Benedict
was elected.
Rocks and stones,

like puzzle pieces. The
relationship of St Peter to
Jesus, I believe, is similar to the relationship

various Biblical brothers or twins, such as Esau and Jacob,
or Perez and
Zerah -- the twin sons of Judah and Tamar

inherits the Kingdom.
The idea is that the Creator conceives of the ideal
Son,

years, carried on by a succession of Popes. The present
Pope, Benedict
XVI, is the 265th. That number is
symbolically coincidental in a meaningful
way, because
in the original story of the 153 Fish in the Net, the
dimension of the Net was 153 x 265, the division of which
demonstrates a close
approximation of the square root of
three (265 / 153 = 1.732). Joseph
Ratzinger became Pope
Benedict XVI on 19 April 2005, some 82 days prior to the
appearance of the Chalfont St Peter crop formation. Some say
that he will be
the last Pope, based mostly on the
prophesies of St Malachy and Nostradamus.

aged men in white robes,
seated in very ornate,
high-backed chairs. Before them is a table, and
appearing on the table are two rows of polished stones. 24
of the stones are
white and 24 of them are black, and a
small wooden box is next to these. The
box is very plain
and not decorated. Then the scene changes and the men are
walking away from their chairs, in two lines, and are
leaving the room.
The scene changes again and
someone walks into what seems the same room,
but can
only be seen from the back. He is wearing a much different
robe. It
has deep colored swirls that look something
like the designs seen on peacock
feathers, and a large
emblem on the back. It appeared to be printed in
gold
and comprised a sort of circle with dashed and dotted lines
and two
horn-like protrusions above it.
But this
time there are no chairs in the room. The table is still
there,
but the polished and colored stones that were
there before are now gone. And
the wooden box seems to
have grown in size and is at least half the size of
the
table.
Suddenly, the scene changes again and a large
hand places a large black
stone into the box. But this
stone is not polished and has many sharp and
jagged
edges. And a deep voice speaks out, "Let it be So-o-o . . .
. " At this
point, all that can be seen is the large
black stone, but now, it seems 50
times larger and fills
the back of the room. The voice sounded very ominous
and
final.

VISION - I was seeing the College of Cardinals
meeting.

DREAM: Paul and I had moved to a place in the mountains. It
was a VERY HIGH
elevation.

She said..
"OH NO! Looks like a pipe broke."
We ran to the next
room to find an old maintenance man standing next to a
brass pipe that was coming out of the floor. The pipe was
pouring water on
the floor. The pipe itself was made of
3 shiny brass pieces and a rubber
hose that connected to
it where the water should flow.
When we walked up to
the man he looked at me and said. "If you don't want
to
see this house flooded and destroyed, you need to bring Rov
here to fix
this pipe. I just stood there stunned for a
moment that he would know Rov.
The water was getting
deeper and the guy fumbled to put the pipes together
but
they didn't go.

Old Scratch said, "If you
don't fix it, the water will it will destroy the
foundation of this house and the whole thing will fall down
the hill! IT is
already happening!"
Rov said.
"Let it fall. You will not destroy your mansion of lies!
Your
greatest tool! I say let it fall, we will be all
better off!" And Rov refused
to do anything.
Then the old guy looked at me. "Do it! You can fix it
yourself!" he said.
Paul and I looked at each other and
trusted Rov then said... "No"
The man grunted with
disgust then he put the pipes together himself and
stopped the water.
Then he called to someone to mop
up the mess and Pope Paul and President
George Bush came
in and started to mop up the water.

you asleep? Could you not watch one hour?

found them sleeping, for their eyes were very
heavy; and
they did not know what to answer him.

came the third time, and said to them, "Are you still
sleeping
and taking your rest? It is enough; the hour

The new Pope Francis was born December
17, 1936, which I Zoroastrian Year
of the Owl. Pope
Benedict was born April 16, 1927 and was Year of the
Peacock. They are Year of the Fire Rat and Year of the Fire
Rabbit respectively.

Popes Benedict and Francis are Peacock and Owl [the
two big "chickens";]
and then there were three small
chickens in one bag. I read wiki on Malachy's
pope
predictions this morning and it said that it is not clear if
there
are other popes between the last two that are
unspecified.
3-7-13 I'm living in my old apartment
17 in Hawthorne in the Los Angeles
area. A woman comes
to the door with some packages of raw chicken. I tell
Steve that she cut up some whole chickens for me. One
package has three small
whole chickens [Cornish game
hens?] One of the larger chickens is divided
into two
packages attached at the top. The other larger chicken has
also
been cut up into parts.
I go into the
bedroom to put away some necklaces made of many strands of
seed pearls. I stuff them into a broken clay-colored
plastic pot that smells
like smoke. >>
