THE SPIRAL OF CREATION

An unseen male person gave me a tour of the place. I could hear his voice talking to me, but I wasn't seeing him. He might have been behind me, but I can't say for sure.

We walked into the room where the dough was mixed. The dough was fed up through a 'machine' that had 12 templates up the side from which the operator could choose to send the dough through. The pressure of the dough through the top template came out in completely shaped and 'folded' into what the man called 'cinnamon buns'. To me, they looked more like 'bear claws'.   Once you bake them and put frosting on them, they taste very similar, but they are still not cinnamon buns.

We then went to my apartment/office. I was monitoring the phone as well.

Following that, I went back into the bakery department where they showed me the new template machine they had just  brought in. This template machine worked similar to the old one, but now instead of the 12 templates being stationary up the side of the machine, there were 144 templates on a spindle that could be quickly spun and the template selected to push the dough through to make whatever size cinnamon buns they wanted.

It was a wonderful machine. It was so new the stainless steel templates almost sparkled. They actually glinted in the light as they spun - and - they had't been used yet.

I went back to my apartment. Now I had trays of cinnamon buns, bearclaws, and all kinds of gooey, frosting covered goodies everywhere in my apartment.

But, I got a visitor then, a woman friend came in to see where I worked and she injured her finger on something almost as soon as she got there. She asked me if I had a bandaid. All I had was those little round ones, so I said I would go into the shop to get her one.

The shop was more like a mall where they sold lots of things, not just the bakery.

I went over to the aisle where they had the bandaids. These bandaids weren't in a box - they were hanging on racks. I chose what I thought was the appropriate size for the injury and then found out that the bandaids came in pairs, so I had to buy two. I was stunned to find out they cost $6.25 a pair. But I had to have them and bought them.  (625 = 5 x 5 x 5 x 5)

I took the bandaids back to my apartment where my friend was now in bed and in sheer agony, holding her hand under the blanket like she was going to die from her injury.

I had seen the cut earlier and it was nothing to even speak of. The injury wouldn't even have needed a bandaid except out of courtesy to a guest.

Now that I looked at her injury, both sides of her index finger was fleshless for almost an inch. There was a raw wound on the top and bottom of her index finger at least 1 x 1 inches - on both sides. I could see that the large bandaid I had bought wasn't even large enough.

But I put one of the bandaids on the wound to cover it and said I would go back and get some surgical bandages to catch the blood from the wound as well. It seemed that the wound was getting larger and larger as I spoke.

I left her laying in bed and went back to my office where the phone continued to ring.

My friend Loretta called and I was telling her about my new job. I was surrounded by trays of frosted cinnamon buns, but through a doorway I could see my pantry where all my dishes were stored, some behind glass and some not. There were trays of cinnamon buns on the counter there as well.

While I was talking to her, I saw a raccoon come out of a dark corner and pick up a cinnamon bun and run back to the dark corner with it in his little hands.

I was rather stunned but didn't say anything to Loretta as she kept talking.

Then I saw a large dark shadow on the glass where my dishes were and it startled me as it went floating across the room. I felt a little fear about what it might be.

I told her about the shadow in the pantry. She said, "What do you think it was?"  

I said, "I don't know, but I just saw an Emu in there a few minutes ago pick up a cinnamon bun."

She was incredulous. "An Emu???" she exclaimed loudly.

"No! No! No!" I said in my excitement, "Not an Emu," but not being able to think what the name of the animal was that I had seen.

 Then while I was talking, a little red squirrel ran across the counter and picked up a cinnamon bun and ran back into the corner.

I was too stunned to even think about what kind of animal it was I had seen earlier.

I said, "Now there is a squirrel in there."

She said, "I'm coming over to get a cinnamon bun too!" and she hung up.

I looked around and I was surrounded by covered trays of fresh frosted cinnamon buns so if she hurried, the animals wouldn't get them all.

NOTE: When I woke up, I kept thinking the racoon was a weasel/raccoon.

Then I'm at Del Amo Mall at the yogurt place and there are two bakery type shops to either side -- one has cinnabuns and one has another bakery. Voice, "do you want to see the twist?"; answer, "I'm already twist." I start to move on and am distracted by a sand dune of Home Depot type white sand at one side and I hear voices talking, "work is intolerable"; "tell me about intolerable"; "I can see the whole damn thing." == makes the flesh in my chest twitch.

Later when I woke up I was dreaming that I was in the air above the scene and watching some mole tunnel thru sand. It was tunneling in a ragged, not perfectly round circle and it came to a brick wall on one side. I said to the dream voice that I never saw a mole or gopher tunnel thru sand before but you could see the tunnel it was making just like the pile of dirt on top of the ground.

Bandages of the Beast

There were many random omens.
Sending olive branches with thorns was
only one of your repertoire.
You offered me a book
where all the answers lay encoded in
some strange dialect.

If I was windborne as a lambent seed you

The BeaST mechanism involves Merkaba Mechanics. It relates to Merkaba spins and ratios that create the actual realities we exist in. The manipulation of Merkabas creates our manifest and conscious reality (this applies to universes, stars planets, and our own conscious selves as well). Merkaba spinning has been a controversial point between Drunvalo Melchizedek and Kathara Science. It is said that practicing Drunvalo Melchizedek's Merkaba Mechanics will assist one to exist within the Merkaba spins/ratios/reality field being created by those groups that teach 21/34/55 Merkaba Mechanics. HISTORY OF ACIO

"Dr Anderson" claims there are twelve alien races involved in our past, present and future. He says one of them is hostile. He says there were agreements between the NSA to co-operate with one of the ET species commonly called the Greys. He also mentions a species called the Corteum. NSA set up The Advanced Contact Intelligence Organisation (ACIO) in 1950 to handle alien technology and reverse engineer it - within their own specialties ("Dr Anderson's" specialty is linguistics). The present leader of ACIO, a former child genius now in his sixties, goes by the code name, "Fifteen". He has a security level within ACIO of 15.

ABOUT 'FIFTEEN'

When he was still quite young Fifteen became obsessed with the idea of discovering a form of time travel which could allow you to interact with the environment once you got there. He called this Blank State Technology (BST). His professors tried to steer him back to conventional technology without success. Bell Laboratories, with whom he came to work, mentioned him to NSA who took him into their own organisation where he became the leader of ACIO. "Dr Anderson" tells us that the Corteum infiltrated ACIO in 1958 to seed technologies to enhance human intelligence in exchange for use of ACIO information systems, laboratories, land and brain power. This provided Corteum with insight into world government, where the power centres were, who the real leaders were and how critical decisions were made. Fifteen used Corteum's intelligence accelerator technologies on himself increasing his brain power by 500% and became infused with a massive vision of how to create Blank State Technology (more about BST later).

With Fifteen's increase in intelligence and ethical consciousness he began to feel that NSA was too immature in its leadership to be allowed to handle the technologies. He accelerated some of the ACIO scientists and created a secret group of about 200 ACIO men and women, all of security level 12 or above, which he called the Labyrinth Group. Labyrinth seized the "Ancient Arrow" project from ACIO and began a misinformation campaign back to the NSA. Labyrinth now takes Corteum technologies and dilutes them to the point where they can be sold to private industry and government agencies including the military.

PROPHECY

ACIO has access to ancient texts which prophesy that in the 21st century (2018?) a predatory alien race would enter our galaxy to colonise Earth for genetic purposes. The resulting human/androids would invade our United Nations organisation and establish a world government. If ACIO can determine the intervention point they can impose a new memory on their leadership and divert them to a different galaxy. This is where BST comes in. BST is a specification of time travel. Other life forms (Greys, Corteum, remote viewers) can see past and future but not interact with it nor change any event there.) Fifteen believes that with BST he can go to that intervention point prophesied and convince the aliens that they should be looking at some galaxy other than ours. That was the number of thin lines on the Angel Formation at Gog Magog Hill in 2001.

An elaborate formation consisting of a circle with an inner circle of standing crop and a large ring surrounding it, touching the edge of the flattened circle. A large ring surrounds the whole formation and 75 radial lines join the inner ring with the outer ring, forming a sort of 'sunburst' design.

This picture was turned to make it easier to see the angel.

CINNAMON

Cinnamon was often used in historical times as a medicine, as well as a spice.

I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes and cinnamon.. [Proverbs 7:17-18] For one sweet ingredient there were two bitter; for the cinnamon, there were myrrh and aloes.

Cinnamon is a delicious spice long coveted for its aromatic qualities. Cinnamon was used in the holy oil used in the tabernacle to anoint priests and sacred vessels, as mentioned in Exodus 30 : 22-25.

Exodus 30:23 Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,

In the book of Revelation - Chapter 18 verse 13 - cinnamon is mentioned as one of the items we won't be able to get - along with wheat - so there will be no more cinnamon buns once the angel does his damage. It says there will be famine and bad economy when Babylon is judged.  See what it says:

Matthew Henry comments on these verses:

I. A doleful lamentation made by Babylon's friends for her fall; and here observe,

1. Who are the mourners, namely, those who had been bewitched by her fornication, those who had been sharers in her sensual pleasures, and those who had been gainers by her wealth and trade--the kings and the merchants of the earth: the kings of the earth, whom she had flattered into idolatry by allowing them to be arbitrary and tyrannical over their subjects, while they were obsequious to her; and the merchants, that is, those who trafficked with her for indulgences, pardons, dispensations, and preferments; these will mourn, because by this craft they got their wealth.

2. What was the manner of their mourning. (1.) They stood afar off, they durst not come nigh her. Even Babylon's friends will stand at a distance from her fall. Though they had been partakers with her in her sins, and in her sinful pleasures and profits, they were not willing to bear a share in her plagues. (2.) They made a grievous outcry: Alas! alas! that great city, Babylon, that mighty city! (3.) They wept, and cast dust upon their heads, v. 19. The pleasures of sin are but for a season, and they will end in dismal sorrow. All those who rejoice in the success of the church's enemies will share with them in their downfall; and those who have most indulged themselves in pride and pleasure are the least able to bear calamities; their sorrows will be as excessive as their pleasure and jollity were before.

3. What was the cause of their mourning; not their sin, but their punishment. They did not lament their fall into idolatry, and luxury, and persecution, but their fall into ruin--the loss of their traffic and of their wealth and power. The spirit of antichrist is a worldly spirit, and their sorrow is a mere worldly sorrow; they did not lament for the anger of God, that had now fallen upon them, but for the loss of their outward comfort. We have a large schedule and inventory of the wealth and merchandise of this city, all which was suddenly lost (v. 12, 13), and lost irrecoverably (v. 14): All things which were dainty and goodly have departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. The church of God may fall for a time, but she shall rise again; but the fall of Babylon will be an utter overthrow, like that of Sodom and Gomorrah. Godly sorrow is some support under affliction, but mere worldly sorrow adds to the calamity.

II. An account of the joy and triumph there was both in heaven and earth at the irrecoverable fall of Babylon: while her own people were bewailing her, the servants of God were called to rejoice over her, v. 20. Here observe, 1. How universal this joy would be: heaven and earth, angels and saints, would join in it; that which is matter of rejoicing to the servants of God in this world is matter of rejoicing to the angels in heaven. 2. How just and reasonable; and that, (1.) Because the fall of Babylon was an act of God's vindictive justice. God was then avenging his people's cause. They had committed their cause to him to whom vengeance belongs, and now the year of recompence had come for the controversies of Zion; and, though they did not take pleasure in the miseries of any, yet they had reason to rejoice in the discoveries of the glorious justice of God. (2.) Because it was an irrecoverable ruin. This enemy should never molest them any more, and of this they were assured by a remarkable token (v. 21): An angel from heaven took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, "Thus shall Babylon be thrown down with violence, and be found no more at all; the place shall be no longer habitable by man, no work shall be done there, no comfort enjoyed, no light seen there, but utter darkness and desolation, as the reward of her great wickedness, first in deceiving the nations with her sorceries, and secondly in destroying and murdering those whom she could not deceive," v. 24. Such abominable sins deserved so great a ruin.

WHEN the Hebrews had obtained such a wonderful deliverance, the country was a great trouble to them, for it was entirely a desert, and without sustenance for them; and also had exceeding little water, so that it not only was not at all sufficient for the men, but not enough to feed any of the cattle, for it was parched up, and had no moisture that might afford nutriment to the vegetables; so they were forced to travel over this country, as having no other country but this to travel in.

CHAPTER 8. OF THE PRIESTHOOD OF AARON. 1. WHEN what has been described was brought to a conclusion, gifts not being yet presented, God appeared to Moses, and enjoined him to bestow the high priesthood upon Aaron his brother, as upon him that best of them all deserved to obtain that honor, on account of his virtue.

Moses now purified the tabernacle and the priests; which purification was performed after the following manner: - He commanded them to take five hundred shekels of choice myrrh, an equal quantity of cassia, and half the foregoing weight of cinnamon and calamus (this last is a sort of sweet spice); to beat them small, and wet them with an bin of oil of olives (an hin is our own country measure, and contains two Athenian choas, or congiuses); then mix them together, and boil them, and prepare them after the art of the apothecary, and make them into a very sweet ointment; and afterward to take it to anoint and to purify the priests themselves, and all the tabernacle, as also the sacrifices. There were also many, and those of various kinds, of sweet spices, that belonged to the tabernacle, and such as were of very great price, and were brought to the golden altar of incense; the nature of which I do not now describe, lest it should be troublesome to my readers; but incense (19) was to be offered twice a-day, both before sun-rising and at sun-setting. They were also to keep oil already purified for the lamps; three of which were to give light all day long, (20) upon the sacred candlestick, before God, and the rest were to be lighted at the evening.

Cinnamon - Heb. kinamon, the Cinnamomum zeylanicum of botanists, a tree of the Laurel family, which grows only in India on the Malabar coast, in Ceylon, and China. There is no trace of it in Egypt, and it was unknown in Syria. The inner rind when dried and rolled into cylinders forms the cinnamon of commerce. The fruit and coarser pieces of bark when boiled yield a fragrant oil. It was one of the principal ingredients in the holy anointing oil (Ex. 30:23). It is mentioned elsewhere only in Prov. 7:17; Cant. 4:14; Rev. 18:13. The mention of it indicates a very early and extensive commerce carried on between Palestine and the East.

Cassia - (1.) Hebrew kiddah', i.e., "split." One of the principal spices of the holy anointing oil (Ex. 30:24), and an article of commerce (Ezek. 27:19). It is the inner bark of a tree resembling the cinnamon (q.v.), the Cinnamomum cassia of botanists, and was probably imported from India.

(2.) Hebrew pl. ketzi'oth (Ps. 45:8). Mentioned in connection with myrrh and aloes as being used to scent garments. It was probably prepared from the peeled bark, as the Hebrew word suggests, of some kind of cinnamon.

Scarlet, or Crimson. In Isa. 1:18 a Hebrew word is used which denotes the worm or grub whence this dye was procured. In Gen. 38:28,30, the word so rendered means "to shine," and expresses the brilliancy of the colour. The small parasitic insects from which this dye was obtained somewhat resembled the cochineal which is found in Eastern countries. It is called by naturalists Coccus ilics. The dye was procured from the female grub alone. The only natural object to which this colour is applied in Scripture is the lips, which are likened to a scarlet thread (Cant. 4:3).

Scarlet robes were worn by the rich and luxurious (2 Sam. 1:24; Prov. 31:21; Jer. 4:30. Rev. 17:4). It was also the hue of the warrior's dress (Nah. 2:3; Isa. 9:5). The Phoenicians excelled in the art of dyeing this colour (2 Chr. 2:7). These four colours--white, purple, blue, and scarlet--were used in the textures of the tabernacle curtains (Ex. 26:1, 31, 36), and also in the high priest's ephod, girdle, and breastplate (Ex. 28:5, 6, 8, 15).

Scarlet thread is mentioned in connection with the rites of cleansing the leper (Lev. 14:4, 6, 51) and of burning the red heifer (Num. 19:6). It was a crimson thread that Rahab was to bind on her window as a sign that she was to be saved alive (Josh. 2:18; 6:25) when the city of Jericho was taken.

Vermilion, the red sulphuret of mercury, or cinnabar; a colour used for drawing the figures of idols on the walls of temples (Ezek. 23:14), or for decorating the walls and beams of houses (Jer. 22:14).

The Copper Scroll  and The Excavations at Qumran

Ben-Luria was correct. The Copper Scroll lay entombed and ignored in the Museum of Amman, Jordan for over 20 years. The case was closed -- they considered the document a forgery a dead issue! However, in 1988 everything suddenly changed. Interest in the Copper Scroll was resurrected! The discovery of the juglet of Shemen Afarsimon (Anointing Oil) in Cave 13 (Jordan's cave #24) resurrected the dead scroll! The discovery was made by a team from the Vendyl Jones Research Institutes, in consortium with Hebrew University, assisted by Professor Yoseph Patrich, Benny Arubas (7) and the late Benny Agur. Several universities and institutions immediately set up chairs to re-evaluate the Copper Scroll.Four years later, on April 8, 1992, we were excavating in the Cultural Dome of the "hidden north entrance" at the Cave of the Column. Glenda Hurst, a excavation volunteer from Goshen, Indiana, had come upon something different. Glenda called to Larry Banks, "Larry, come over here and look at this. It's some kind of red stuff that is very different." Larry immediately realized it really was different. He smelled the substance, then he tasted it. "This is organic! I can taste and smell cinnamon in it."

Nun bun On October 15, 1996, Ryan Finney, then manager of the Bongo Java coffeehouse in Nashville, discovered a cinnamon bun that looked a lot like Mother Teresa. Cue a global media frenzy and the inevitable pun, 'the immaculate confection'. Mother Teresa's lawyers got involved, but the pious pastry is still on display in Bongo Java. See www.bongojava.com

The NunBun™

Bongo Java became world famous in December 1996 for the discovery of a cinnamon bun that many believe looks like Mother Teresa. The Music City Miracle was featured in media outlets as diverse as Washington Post, CNN, BBC, Paul Harvey, David Letterman and (so we've been told) a Calcutta newspaper. The bun has been preserved and is on continuous display at Bongo Java.

The NunBun quickly become a Nashville legend complete with the customary tall tales, exaggerations and mis-information. Despite popular opinion, the NunBun didn't make the Bongo Java owners rich and our actions didn't really upset Mother Teresa. We certainly got more publicity than we ever deserved and for a short time we were incredibly busy. Mother Teresa and her attorney also did contact us. In the end, though, all parties were relatively pleased with the outcome and certainly no one changed their standard of living.

Nothing about the NunBun was planned and very little was done to spread the word. Some have accused us of planning the whole thing. But come on. Do you really think a bunch of us sat in room brainstorming about how we could possibly become famous and decided that faking the discovery of a cinnamon bun that looked like Mother Teresa was 1) a good idea and 2) would lead to David Letterman and Paul Schaffer doing a five minute song and dance routine about America being great because we can find pastries that look like famous people?

One since fired Nashville radio talk show host did say he thought it was unseemly that a coffeehouse with a Jewish owner would make money off Mother Teresa. But he was basically a jerk and his firing a few months later for saying other crap about someone else proved his credibility.

Admittedly we did make a few phone calls to generate publicity about the bun. But these calls were made way after the bun had become an inside phenomenon amongst our customers.

The bun was actually discovered on October 15, 1996 – more than two months before the first bit of media attention. Store manager Ryan Finney made the discovery when he innocently was about to eat breakfast at about 6:45 am before the store opened. Something made Ryan look at the pastry before he ate it and that's when the discovery was made. He waited patiently until 7:00am when the next employee came in and then hurriedly pushed the bun in front of Todd Truly's face and said "What does this look like?" A barely awake and very surprised Todd replied "Mother Teresa." The same test on the first few customers who came in that day confirmed the "miracle."

The bun quickly became a store legend. Regular customers would bring their friends and family and ask to see the bun. Not knowing the importance of what we had at this time, the bun was preserved simply by keeping it in the freezer.

About a month later, Todd and fellow employee Russ McGarry teamed with a local filmmaker (Michael McNammara) to make a short "documentary" about the bun featuring many of the Bongo Java staff and regulars.

Even the incredibly popularity of the documentary didn't turn the NunBun into the phenomenon it is today. The film played to packed houses all night long. The 72 t-shirts and 100 prayer card/bookmarks made up to mark the occasion sold out during the initial invitation only screening. Customers demand kept the film running almost continuously for the next three days. But still the "miracle" didn't get any publicity.

The film's success did get Bongo Java owner Bob Bernstein off his press relations butt. The former reporter called several acquaintances in the media business – a few who were even regular customers -- begging them to write about the NunBun. Even with these not-so-great connections, nobody wrote anything about the miracle. We learned much later that the story got discussed several times in the newsroom of The Tennessean but none of the reporters wanted to write such a silly story. The first media outlet that agreed to publish the story was the tabloid The Sun.

However, the daily Tennessean actually beat the weekly tabloid to press. The NunBun was featured on the front page of the Tennessean on the Saturday before Christmas – traditionally the slowest news day of the year. From that one story, the NunBun went world wide almost instantly.

Publicity started locally but took off worldwide very quickly. All three local TV networks sent out news crews the day the article appeared. One of those stories got picked up by CNN. On Monday the story was in USA Today, which helped generate calls from drive time radio disc jockeys across the country. On Tuesday a reporter from Reuters News Service came by for an interview, which helped make this a world-wide story. Soon calls were coming in from BBC radio, stations in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The Bongo Java staff thought they hit the Big Time when on Sunday after the CNN report a Chicago DJ called and scheduled an interview for Monday morning. Bob and Todd listened in on extension phones as Russ (chosen because he's from Chicago and because he's a former stand up comic) did the phone interview. Bob and Todd's jealousy quickly went away as the two phone lines at the store rang non stop. DJs across the country wanted to talk about the NunBun. Todd and Russ handled the phones at one store. Bob went to the other store where the manager reported there being 65 messages on the answering machine by 7 am.

The publicity only slowed down because of New Years. We estimate that Bob, Todd and Russ each did about 100 interviews that first week and probably another 100 the week after New Years. First the East Coast morning DJs would call. Then it was radio stations in the Midwest followed eventually by those on the West Coast. A quick break for lunch. And then the phones would ring from DJs doing evening drive time on the East Coast, then the Midwest then the West coast and then from oversees. This happened day after day for a couple of weeks.

The national TV shows also started calling. The NunBun was featured on such shows as Prime Time Country, Strange Universe and joked about by Letterman and Jay Leno. Other shows such as Mad About You, Homicide and The Nanny made references to the cinnamon bun that looked like Mother Teresa.

We even managed to quickly throw up a web site. The site went live on January 1, 1997 complete with a morph that turned a picture of Mother Teresa into the NunBun and then back again. This site generated one million hits in 10 days. For those who don't know remember, in 1997 one million hits was a darn big deal.

Our 15 minutes of fame lasted about two weeks. Then everything got quiet. The pilgrimages to the store slowed down and the sales of t-shirts and prayer cards/book marks came to a stand still.

Then something that seemed like a joke during the media frenzy proved to be real and sparked a second wave of publicity. During he fury of DJ interviews we got all sorts of prank calls. At first we fell for them. After a few we became darn skeptical. After waiting on hold for Dan Rather to realize it was only a DJ doing a bad impression of the newscaster and after discovering Howard Stern wasn't really on the phone you can imagine we were pretty darn suspicious when some guy called claiming to be Mother Teresa's attorney. He seemed to understand. He said he'd call back in a few days when things calmed down.

The caller proved to be Mother Teresa's attorney. In a very nice and reasonable way he explained to us his problem with us marketing NunBun merchandise. He assured us that Mother Teresa had a great sense of humor and enjoyed hearing about the bun that looked like her. However, she didn't like it that we printed "The Mother Teresa Bun" on the back of our t-shirts and on our prayer card/book marks. He went even further and said that he didn't think we should be using pictures of the bun on our merchandise because it was her image. She even sent us a letter.

Bob quickly called his attorney who suggested hiring an expert in intellectual property law and at $250 an hour whatever profits from merchandise sales that weren't eaten away by developing a web site were spent on legal fees.

The legal expert agreed that we needed to stop using the words "Mother Teresa Cinnamon Bun" but he assured us that we had every right to use the image of the bun. Legally the bun wasn't Mother Teresa's image; basically it was just a pastry that many people believed looked like her. Actually some people still insisted it looked more like Jimmy Durante or one of the Seven Dwarfs. If Mother Teresa was going to claim the bun was actually her image then she was going to have to argue and prove that this bun truly was a miracle.

We took the lawyer's advice and quickly adopted and even trademarked two names: NunBun and Immaculate Confection. We continued to print the image of the bun with these new slogans and felt perfectly fine legally and morally about our actions.

The media frenzy started all over again. The legal argument became harder to make when the public learned we received a letter directly from Mother Teresa. The letter pretty much re-iterated what the attorney said: she didn't mind the bun itself but she didn't want us making money off her name or image.

Mother Teresa's letter started our second 15 minutes of fame. The newspaper reporters, TV crews and DJ calls started all over again. The Big Time this time was a call from the producers of CNN's Burden of Proof. They wanted us to debate Mother Teresa's attorney on the show.

Mother Teresa's letter played badly in the press. We went from the fun guys with this bun to bad people who didn't respect Mother Teresa. Our regular customers (and most of our family members) understood that we really weren't doing anything illegal, immoral or ill advised. More importantly, we were barely doing anything against Mother Teresa's wishes. Again, she thought the bun was funny and didn't care if it stayed on display. She just wanted us to stop selling merchandise that displayed what she strangely claimed was her image.

Our legal argument proved hard to explain. Even being a bit media savvy proved to be no match for the question "why are you doing something that Mother Teresa (implied "a living saint") asked you not to do?" So despite having an owner who was a former reporter, a true believer in the First Amendment and a true rebel from way back, Bongo Java decided to at least temporarily back down.

"No More Mr. Bad Guy" was the front page headline when we announced we'd temporarily halt sales while we discussed the matter with Mother Teresa's attorney.

Discussions with Mother Teresa's attorney proved fruitful. Away from the cameras and the news media both sides understood each other and the strength of each other's arguments: one side had Mother Teresa's clean image; the other had the law. With that in mind, Bongo Java and Mother Teresa reached a compromise before she died. The result was that Bongo Java would not use Mother Teresa's name or the term "Immaculate Confection" to market the bun or on any merchandise. In return, Mother Teresa would not object to Bongo Java selling at its store only a limited amount of merchandise with the image of the bun and/or the term NunBun. Thus, we cannot sell NunBun merchandise on the web or via phone. If you want NunBun gear, you gotta come to Bongo!

To prove Mother Teresa's sense of humor and her enjoyment of the bun, her attorney told us the following story. He met with her and her replacement a week before she died. They all knew she was dying and they wanted to clear up a few urgent matters – one crazily enough was the NunBun. After he explained the agreement worked out with Bongo Java and asked for her approval, Mother Teresa looked at her replacement and said "You tell those guys to find a cinnamon bun that looks like her."

End of story.

This is a true cinnamon, not an artificial “Red-Hots” fragrance. Cinnamon oil has been revered for its scent since ancient times. It was recommended by the Roman Pliny to “excite the passions of the male” and is considered a scent of attraction that also stimulates physical energy. Studies have demonstrated that the aroma of cinnamon attracts buyers, so it is also an effective scent to use in a shop or other business.

Commentary on the Beast and Babylon

In part, it says:  Recall John's penchant for symmetric counterpart and that it is Antichrist who is here being portrayed. Christ, of course, has a death-and-resurrection as a prominent aspect of his being. The Antichrist already has been noted as bearing the mark of having had a head cut off, a parallel to the Lamb's mark of slaughter. Now John apparently wants to comment upon the beast's equivalent of death-and-resurrection. It cannot be precisely equivalent, of course, for "resurrection" (graduation into second-order LIFE) is one of John's most precious terms and one he could in no way grant to the beast. (As we noted, John does not use the word "life" or "alive" in this passage.) The beast's, then, is fake resurrection that takes the form of disappearance and reappearance. But note carefully that it is the men of the world who are "astonished" at the beast's reappearance and explicitly not the Christians, who are ready for it. This is the opposite of what we would expect, seeing that the men of the world are the beast's own people. Also, as we will learn, the Nero Myth was a product of the world rather than the church. If this myth, then, was what John had in mind, it should not be the world that is surprised at the beast's reappearance.

TEMPLATES

There are many kinds of templates:  The Template of all templates, the Holy Tabernacle as designed by the Lord himself. He gave exact measurements and patterns to Moses, to be followed exactly according to His exact blueprints for his moveable Temple in the wilderness. And this pattern was followed precisely in the 1st and 2nd static Temples built on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, so as to retain the exact same proportions and power as the originalTabernacle.

The Lord even had the Temple aligned facing eastward so that the Son's rising in the East could penetrate the opened doors of the Holy Place and shine towards the Veil and symbolically into the darkened Holy of Holies in the West.

The spiral such as the cinnamon bun is a common element of Sacred Geometry as well as to all natural development. Spirals in nature tend to follow the Phi Ratio or Fibonacci Sequence in their rates of expansion.

Templates are Sacred Symbols and interfaces to the higher God Energy.

It seems to be that a template is set into place from the birth experience that baby later follows in her development. From the time the baby comes down the birth canal until baby falls into her first deep sleep, are the seeds of patterns that will be seen later in life. An entire lifetime is influenced in a birth of love and trust. Since an entire life is determined from the experience of birth, every birth contains this potential to make a difference.

THE KETHER TEMPLATE

Kether (Kether) / Crown: vehicle of the Metatron and the All-Seeing Eye of Divine Penetration of Worlds; the Realm of Perfected Worlds and the Seat of the Eternal Flame. Most ancient name, Kephira.

The 'Kether template' is spoken of in the Keys of Enoch. Kether is the Crown - the higher triad in the Sephiroth in comparison to the Neshamah (Spirit) and the Ruach (The Soul) -the seat of good and evil. It is the point of divine coordination. Kether is the topmost Sephira in all Kabbalistic systems and in almost all chakra systems... Kether corresponds with  the seventh, the crown chakra.

Dr Hurtak writes of a 7-8-9 link, which is how we humans link up with the higher worlds. That's the Kether template. The crown chakra links up with the eighth and the ninth chakra above the head. Sort of a cosmic antenna. The 8th and 9th are the beginnings of our higher bodies. There are more higher sets of seven chakras each,  after our physical seven on this plane.

He says on page 99, Man, in connecting his mind-time warps with his Overself, can experience both the past and figure of the physical plane functioning as one. And just as the Higher Evolution came down to Earth, to Ash'a in India, to the Takla Makan desert in Tibet, to qumran in Israel, to On in Egypt, and to Xin Jiang in China, so also they come down to you - through your crown chaka, your kether point, when you use the key languages as seed syllables for meditation which connect you with the Masters of Kesil-Orion Central Control.

The Biblical Paul tells us that the ancient brotherhoods worked and studied at night when slar influences on the mind are diminished, permitting the light influences of the 'higher star' illuminaires to be recognized and permitting the mind to communicate with the 'light' of Merkabah by creating focal geometries and using sacred mantras to modulate wave factors in the sending out of mind signals. He says that the those who work the work of salvation are doing the greater work; because they are actually focusing all of the energy of the yom Or, the cycle of the light of this day into the consciousness dimension where Man can truly feel it. Paul speaks of the ability to bring this light energy to the twelve emanations of light within the physical vehicle. He also says that all of the energy charges which come in through the heart chakra must be in league with your kether fire of faith. It is only when you use this 'fiery' kether of the physical body that you understand that the body is a machine which works continually with light inputs as a chemical counterpart to our sun system. You have to understand this in the greater context of keeping that  higher light system coming to you lest it simply become an intellectual or mental resonance rather than a complete transfiguration of all chakras.

On page 389, he states that at the end of this time period, the "Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish Adonai 'Tsebayoth' will become the key to the transformation of key to the transformation of Man. Through God's dispensation, the Christ Overself body will be quickened into direct work with the physical body. Mankind will collectively experience the speaking in tongues and the sounding of melodious communication as occurred to the disciples at Pentecost, when our kether template is opened to the vibration so heaven passing over the face of the earth.

The Connection to Awareness:

Physical Level is the densest mass of energy (matter) and is involved with physical functioning.

Etheric Level is immediately surrounding the physical body like an inch thick skin made up of lines of blue light. This is where our awareness of physical sensation resides.

Emotional Level is the second layer out from the Physical, where our awareness of personal emotions reside. Various emotions can actually be seen as different color formations here, by using techniques described in Hands of Light.

Mental Level is the next further one out. This layer contains a person's thoughts and can be seen as lines of yellow light that envelop the previous inner layers.

Astral Level is beyond the Mental Level where our feelings of an interpersonal nature exist. This is the level utilized in astral travel. It is seen as a wider spreading mass of various colors that relate to various interpersonal feelings one might have.

Etheric Template Level is the fifth layer out from the Physical. This is where we experience our higher will, the power to bring things into being by clear intention. This level looks like a cobalt blue egg (see illustration).

Celestial Level is the next finer level of energy where we experience our highest feelings, like universal love for all life. This layer is seen as iridescent rays of light.

Ketheric Template Level is the final layer out from the Physical. It is composed of finer energy where our higher concepts and belief systems exist. It is the highest level perceivable that is specifically connected to each individual person like an outer skin, made of golden threads of light.

The Ascension Grid (aka Christ Grid, Electromagnetic Grid, Light Grid, Conscioussness Grid, etc.) is the newly formed energetic lattice that covers our planet. Visualize the grid as as a geodesic sphere, of pentagons and triangles, sparkling as a faceted, brilliant diamond. It is a seed crystal of new form, the double penta-dodecahedron. Its time has arrived, merkaba of Earthstar. The double penta dodecahedron has 144 facets, the number of Christ ascension. Each dodecahedron has 12 pentacles with 60 facets, add the 12 pentagons for 72, double this for 144!

The concept of planetary grids is not a new one. Plato theorized the concept as did the ancient Egyptians, Mayans and Hopi Indians. In a sense, grids are the template, the 'program', that allows all life to operate in the graduated light format.

Hemhir-Ietba:  Atop the mountains of the Himalaya in Tibet, there is a tunnel cut in stone, leading into a valley not accessible any other way. In this, the Valley of the Blue Star, is the Sekhmet Temple of Hemhir-Ietba. Of the five Temples of Sekhmet within this grid which we are profiling here, Hemhir-Ietba is the only one that is still active on the physical plane.

The Light codes of this temple are personified in the Egyptian archetype of Ra, the sun god. ‘The Book of Doors' describes Ra as, "the mystery of creation embodied." Authors Veggi and Davidson state that, "He is described as a cosmic principle - an abstract, impassive principle containing within itself all of the possibilities that might take form and become manifest."

Tehuti places the archetype Ra on the throne of the Attasic Universal, as the "Golden-White Sun of the 144,0000 suns." In this he means that the Golden-White Sun is the embodiment of totality, which is defined in the complete harmony of the 144,000 stars composing what Tehuti calls the ‘Divine Body', or Yesuarta Kominghi. This Divine Body contains Light codes for the complete template of the Hue-mon Being, the Adam Kadmon. Tehuti has spoken of the ‘Foundation Stars' previously, which he defines as:

"Those incorporations of Living Lights which were received in divine consecration in the beginning of Creation as a Foundation Stone for the Universal Temple as it is revealed to the Worlds of Being within Divine Eschaton." Yet even the Foundation Stars, so Tehuti tells me, are within the Yesuarta Kominghi, which is a greater body, including all components of the Heaven Temple."

Thus, in the Temple of Hemhir-Ietba, the initiates of the 144,000 suns still attune to the Central Sun of the Attasic Universe, moving streams of divine love from that core into the central sun of the Earth.

The greater grid / temple formed by the five Sekhmet temples reflects the body of man, the pentagram of human interaction with Spirit and Matter. This grid offers a field of resonance with this Principle. In the future, the remaining three Sekhmet temples will move this dynamic from the octave of ‘five', which is the current number of cohesion between Light and Matter in the 3rd Dimension; to the octave of ‘eight', which is the number of cohesion between Light and Matter in the New Earth Star reality. My mother makes quilts. I have observed her carefully as she places a template on fabric to sketch a pattern for her stitches. The design created by the template is merely a guide, an inspiration for her particular push and pull of the needle. Even though she uses a template for the quilting, it is her choice of fabrics and colors that makes each quilt an expression of her unique brand of creativity.

Templates, in the form of role models, are also helpful when one makes the conscious awareness to live authentically and purposefully. Emulating the behavior and approach to life exemplified to you by a person or persons you admire provides a map or a guide, as you create and shape your authentic life.

That Swedenborg, (1688-1772) who could not possibly have known anything of the esoteric ideas of Buddhism, came independently near the Occult teaching in his general conception, is shown by his essay on the Vortical Theory. In A. Clissold's translation of it, quoted by Prof. Winchell (World-Life, p 567) we find the following resume: - "The first Cause is the Infinite or Unlimited. this gives existence to the First Finite or Limited." (the Logos in His manifestation and the Universe.) "That which produces a limit is analogous to motion. A-mazing paths

Consider the power of a spiral carved on boulders and bracelets, or traced on fields and floors.

To many people, for the past 3,000 years, it has been a path to inner peace, spiritual enlightenment, self-awareness or simply a soothing diversion.

Perhaps this is why the ancient symbol has persisted as an amulet and why it is undergoing a widespread revival.

In its simplest form the spiral is geometrical and easily traversed.

Convolute the spiral and those who gaze at it -- or walk on it -- drift from distractions as they concentrate on staying in the well-marked pathway. Their minds become free for introspection.

Some physicians think the mild concentration facilitates recovery from illness -- physical and mental. Many clerics of all faiths believe the pathway experience enhances spiritual closeness. Mystics feel a release of inner power.

Best of all, perhaps, is that kids like it because it is fun.

It is difficult to fault such a simple but wonderful device -- one size fits all.

In all cases, the pathway is felt to symbolize the journey through life -- difficult but with redemption.

A popular interpretation of the simple spiral illustrated is that one starts on a dark path. It winds with many turns but ends in a black void. Then, one emerges from darkness into another path of light which -- mercifully -- leads to the beginning. Birth, life journey, enlightenment and return to the place from whence we started.

The classical version involves only one path. It leads to a special center where there is a tree. In its shade, walkers may rest and meditate before returning, refreshed, to the everyday world.

Thousands of churches, parks and institutions have built large versions of the design for pedestrian use -- Catholic cathedrals in Europe; Methodist, Episcopalian and Congregational churches in the United States; hospitals and children's camps worldwide.

Walk-upon installations are often called mazes because of their similarity to the paths between tall hedgerows popular in English gardens.

The latter are puzzles to be solved, requiring thought and decisions in isolation to avoid dead-ends. One is easily confused, often lost, thus making rescue necessary.

The walk-upon design is open to the real world but apart from it. One can simply walk away at any time. It is properly called a "labyrinth" or "Minotaur," recalling a well-known Greek myth.

The Cretan myth

Theseus, a prince of Athens, Greece, is sent to Crete to be sacrificed to a half-human, half-bull monster called the Minotaur. It lives in a complex of tunnels called the Labyrinth under the palace of Minos, king of Crete. He exacts human sacrifices from Athens.

Ariadne, daughter of King Minos, falls in love with Theseus. She gives him a sword with which to kill the Minotaur, and a spool of thread to unravel as he "threads his way" through the Labyrinth.

Theseus kills the Minotaur, escapes by following the thread, sets fire to the palace, and flees Crete with Ariadne. They didn't live happily ever after, but that's another story.

The Cretan myth appears to be a romantic explanation for the historical decline of Crete and the ascendancy of Athens.

The myth was popularized by Grecian coins bearing the already ancient pathway circles carved on building stones for good luck and happiness.

It is interesting that prehistorical bronze-age labyrinth designs are found throughout the world -- Crete, Greece, Italy, Spain, Egypt, India, Sumatra, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Iceland, Scandinavia and several sites in the southwestern United States.

Among the Hopi Native Americans of New Mexico, the design is known as Tapuat (mother and child). The Pima tribes of Arizona weave baskets incorporating the design to represent the House of Iitoi, their ancestral founder.

During the fervent Crusades of Medieval Europe, the Pope ordered seven cathedrals then under construction to incorporate labyrinths on the floors. These were called "Paths to Jerusalem," incorporating crucifix in the designs. That at Chartres, France, is still embedded in the floor.

A labyrinth at St. Paul's Cathedral, London, is walked daily by visitors.

I became interested in the phenomena during a 1977 visit to Tintagel, Britain, legendary birthplace of King Arthur. A Cretan design known locally as the "Goddess Maze" is carved on a huge boulder (see photo). Recently, a labyrinth was laid out there for a tourist attraction.

The mouse is small and vulnerable to show the condition we often find ourselves in, as we traverse the maze. A major objective of the life experience seems to involve the overcoming of fears. We face them and hopefully defeat them all the time. The Native American Mouse fits with ideas like the individual who marches to the sound of a different drummer, or the Black Sheep, who chooses not to follow the piping of the sheep fold. The Frog, the Bison, and the Wolf seem to represent higher guidances. To obtain this, one must take chances, overcome fears, and have trust in the higher guidance. It is not provided automatically, you must send it your own "eye.".

Joseph Campbell's concept of "following your bliss", fits the idea. Your bliss is that impetus within you that most sparks your interest. It is Divine, and leads you in the intended directions, regardless of what anyone else says. One's conditioning in youth, fears, desires, and obligations, tend to block or alter the straight path through the maze. Each "wrong" path followed to a dead end is but a diversion, yet teaches us also.

When you follow your bliss, teachers will appear, and doors will open for you. You are on the more direct path to reach the goal that is designed very uniquely, just for you alone. Other 'mice' often caring loved ones, will attempt to knock you off course, because they can never understand the Divine Mouse Plan of another. They tend to send you down narrow passages with dead ends. This is just another turning point that your mouse-self must discern.

8-26-98 - DREAM - I went to sleep thinking about my greatest constant fear which is going to places alone.

In the dream, I was in a place that was work/school/apartment building/home which was upstairs on the third floor.

The dream began as I was coming to work in the morning. I saw a man sitting in the lobby, reading a newspaper and smoking a cigarette. Since I knew everyone who lived in my building, I decided to go closer and see who it was and ask him how he managed to have time to sit and relax in the morning before going to work.

When I went into the room, I saw that he was not the only one, there were about 40 men sitting there, some at a bar getting a drink, but the majority of the men were sitting on rows of stools, 4 rows of 10. I thought it strange that they weren't all facing the same way, nor where they all facing each other....two rows faced each other...the third row was back to back with the 2nd row, and then the 4th row faced the 3rd row. All these men were wearing long sleeved blue work shirts and jeans. I thought this was strange and didn't know why they were there. (I managed this building and booking meetings myself is part of the job) I walked between the rows 3 and 4 and held out my hand as I walked along in a friendly gesture and several men held out their hand in return as I walked along and we smiled and touched hands in a friendly greeting.

One man from row 2 turned around and told me that his company had an insurance policy for $2,000. Then I understood that all these men were insurance salesmen and they were all sitting around waiting for a meeting to start. I knew then that they were not wearing suits because they were not actually working at the moment and could attend the meeting wearing their own casual clothes.

As I rounded the corner of the last man, I put my hand on his shoulder in a friendly gesture and wondered if he felt an energy exchange or warmth or what he felt from my touching him.

I went into the next room where there was a piano. I saw some music on the stand and decided to play it. Since I was unfamiliar with the piece I Played it slowly and carefully. t started with one note. It was a whole note on the first line which is "E". It was in a space all by itself and I held the note appropriately long before playing the next which was also "E" which I played with my left hand. I played the melody of the song all the way through one fingered alternately with each hand, imagining myself playing all the rest of the notes and hearing the unplayed music in my head. It was really beautiful.

Behind my right shoulder, I caught a glimpse of my old boss Paul who was over our whole department at A-C. I played slowly so I wouldn't make any mistakes and yet thought I should practice this piece so I could play the whole thing for the public.

As I played, I could see into the next room where children were at play with toys. When I finished the piece, I went into the next room to say, "Hello!" to the children. They were all happily playing with toys on the floor except one young girl, a little curly haired blonde who was sitting ona chair on the side and not playing. She appeared to be about 8 years old.

She told me, "Thank you!" for playing the music because I had played her life story, a future prediction for her, and that as I played, she had a vision of a square block in front of her. She seemed quite content with that vision. I told her that a block (which is actually a cube) with 4 equal sides was the sign of balance. I reached out and touched her shoulder in a sign of friendship and told her she was going to have a good life.

I then walked into the next room which was a banquet room and someone had had a party the night before and left all the leftovers out on the table.

At first I only thought of the enormity of the cleanup job ahead of me, but then I knew that if I did it one step at a time, I could get it done. I went into the kitchen and turned on the sink water and squeezed out soap to do the dishes and clean up water. The soap came out of the bottle in a big crystalline glob like a soft gelatin and fell on the counter in a clear, pale yellow mound. I managed to pick up about half of it and put it in the sink water and left the other half on the counter for a second batch of dishes if I needed it.

I turned to go get some dirty dishes and saw that I had filled up a rectangular shaped white bathtub which was in the path between the kitchen and the banquet room.

The water was a beautiful clear blue and I had to walk lengthwise through the hot water in the tub to get back to where the dirty dishes were.

When I got to where the banquet tables were, a whole bunch of female co-workers from A-C were there and they were all helping with the cleanup. They had already moved all the dirty dishes to the kitchen, sorted out all the leftover goodies of candy, cakes, and sundry desserts into rows so they could be snacked on during the day.

I sampled a tiny piece of cinnamon raisin cake even though I knew I was allergic to wheat and risking getting an asthma attack. It was so good, it was worth the risk of getting sick.

I saw two little ceramic Santa Claus candy dishes shaped like little treasure boxes and at that point I realized that this had been an annual Christmas party and that I would take the ceramic Christmas dishes to my apartment upstairs as a reward for cleaning up the mess.

I then saw all the wine bottles had been collected into one area and my old boss Evelyn who I used to type for, had gathered all the tall wine bottles on the floor. I knew I had a liquor cabinet upstairs that those bottles would fit in but it appeared she was grabbing all the wine for herself and I wouldn't get any.

But then I spotted two shorter crystal bottles of white Zinfidel wine which Evelyn hadn't taken. I saw why. One was open with no lid and had had one sip taken out. The one had a glass domed top that looked like you'd have to break the bottle to drink any and run the risk of swallowing glass with the wine. I decided I would take the risk and take these two bottles of wine upstairs so I could have them myself. However, these bottles were so heavy, I decided it was safer to make two trips upstairs rather than risk spilling the wine by being greedy and taking both at once.

I picked up the open bottle to take it upstairs and walked around a corner to go to the elevator. I found myself outside all the way down at the other end of the block and saw ahead of me a garden maze that I would have to walk through to get back to where the elevator was and that I'd have to do this each time I wanted to take another bottle of wine upstairs with me. I was exhausted before I even started because I saw ahead of me that in the maze all the gardens had to be weeded and all the bushes trimmed on the way.

I woke up, already exhausted at the enormity of the job.

We are odd bedfellows, those of us answering the call of our wounded and endangered Earth. The boundaries are blurring between the mainstream and the counter culture; between staunch environmental veterans, and the "captains of industry" now openly committed to less wasteful and toxic manufacturing processes; between seasoned social activists, and spiritual seekers who found Gaia on their way to God.

Our internal boundaries are blurring also. Activists are learning that they must also nurture themselves and their relationships. Meditators are learning that they must also act. Ordinary people are being thrust by the times into leading campaigns for a cleaner environment. Nonordinary people, from famous actors to religious leaders, are responding humbly and heartfully to the simple needs of others. Each of us is being challenged to respond as whole people to the whole problem of the whole earth.

Initiatives and programs are not enough. Without our hearts and souls, saving the planet is just another manifestation of the Western Mind's desire to dominate Nature: "We'll take this baby off automatic pilot and run her ourselves." We may become thrifty in our use of material resources, but exhaust our spiritual ones.

At the other end of the spectrum are the champions of the sacred Earth, who see the solution in an inner turning, a change in consciousness. "The Earth is Gaia," they say, "and she is alive - but wounded. If we learn to listen, we can hear her. We can open our hearts and feel her pain." Humbled by the exquisite complexity and awesome power of even the simplest life form, we can relinquish our ego's grandiose plans and pray that we may love even one other person well. Eventually we may learn that the Earth is sacred, all life is sacred, even we are sacred

Standing in Service

What is service? Webster's dictionary defines it as:

1) employment as a servant;

2) contribution to the welfare of others;

3) a meeting for worship;

4) a helpful act, a good turn.

We embrace all four definitions, and we have added the following:

Service is giving back to Life the gift of life - with interest.

Service is the natural impulse to care for what we recognize is connected to us, for all that we see is part of ourselves.

Service is doing whatever is needed and wanted, through our talents and capabilities, to create a healthier planet and a greater sense of oneness among people, as well as between people and the living body of the Earth.

Service is relieving suffering wherever you find it. In broken bodies. In troubled minds. In empty bellies. In empty lives.

THE SHADOW BEING

Those who are experiencing and studying the shadow people phenomenon say that these entities almost always used to be seen out of the corner of the eye and very briefly. But more and more, people are beginning to see them straight on and for longer periods of time. Some experiencers testify that they have even seen eyes, usually red, on these shadow beings.

Shadow people have less definition to their form and details in appearance. They also tend to be malevolent.

What are shadow people and where do they come from? Several theories have been offered.

The Imagination

The explanation we get from skeptics and mainstream science - and who are usually people who have never experienced the shadow people phenomenon - is that it is nothing more than the active human imagination. It's our minds playing tricks on us... our eyes seeing things in a fraction of a second that aren't really there - illusions... real shadows caused by passing auto headlights, or some similar explanation. And without a doubt, these explanations probably can account for some if not many experiences. The human eye and mind are easily fooled. But can they account for all cases?

Ghosts

To call these entities ghosts demands first a definition of what we mean by ghosts. But by almost any definition, shadow people are somewhat different than ghost phenomena. Whereas ghost apparitions are almost always a misty white, vaporish or have a decidedly human form and appearance (very often with discernable "clothing"), shadow beings are much darker and more shadow-like. In general, although the shadow people often do have a human outline or shape, because they are dark, the details of their appearance is lacking. This is in contrast to many ghost sightings in which the witness can describe the ghost's facial features, style of clothing and other details. The one detail most often noted in some shadow being sightings are their glowing red eyes.

Demons or Other Spirit Entities

The dark countenance and malevolent feelings that are often reported in association with these creatures has led some researchers to speculate that they may be demonic in nature. If they are demons, we have to wonder what their purpose or intent is in letting themselves be seen in this manner. Is it merely to frighten?

WEASEL/RACCOON

Weasel - stealth

In Scripture, Daniel and Joseph are the only ones who were specifically mentioned as being gifted with this ability. As a rule it is not wise to go to those who do not have a gift in interpreting dreams. This is even more true if it is your best friend. They usually will make an emotional application based on what they know about you and some situation you are in rather than from the Spirit of God.

A woman was quite upset by a dream she had. In the dream, a weasel that was constantly around her began to eat some chickens. It became so engrossed in eating those chickens that it failed to see a car coming. The result was the weasel was killed by the car.

Her best friend interpreted the weasel as the woman's husband. To her friend it was obvious the weasel had to be the husband because he, in her opinion, was a weasel. Therefore it was also interpreted that the husband was killing things in their marriage and he himself would end up dying. It is no wonder the woman who had the dream was shaken.

After talking to the woman, it became clear that the weasel was more than likely her boss who had been making sexual passes at her and other women. The car that hit the weasel was the company they both worked for. It appear that he would probably be fired for this activity. Just a couple of weeks later that very thing happened.

Raccoons are fascinating Animals. They are distantly realted to the bear so bear totem should also be studied.

The name raccoon is believed by some to come from the Algonquian indians name for 'arckunem' meaning: 'hand scratching'. The paws are very dexterous. Raccoons can be experts at opening things up, such as knobs, latches, lids etc. They get into things they are not suppose to. Raccoons are also fascinated by water, and they like to slosh their hands and their feet. This gives rise to the beliefs they never eat anything without washing their hands.

One of the most tricking features of the raccoon are their masks. They are extremely curious, and love to explore. Mind adventures is a good description. Although some myths associate them with thievery, the deeper myths for teachings are the use of masks to achieve altered states and for powerful mythical symbolism. The use of masks to achieve altered states and for other healing and rituals purposes have been a part of every society. Mask making is an ancient art employed all over the world for ceremony, celebration, and magical or (i-magi-nation) purposes.

Concealed behind a mask, people could become something or something else that they wished to be. We can become who ever we wish. They are tools for transformation. The hidden aspects the secrecy, helps promote the transformation. It helps us change what we ar to what we want to be, giving us the real sense of magic.

Raccoon can teach you how to use mask purposefully. Raccoon can teach us to be dexterious when you wear it. We can cross the threshold to new dimentions and doorways of beingness. It knows how to wear masks with purpose and intention. It can show you how to wear a healing mask or how to show you the face you shall become.

This is the magic of Raccoon.

In the book Ted asks questions in regards to the Raccoon:

Raccoons are very courageous and they can be quite ferocious. If raccoon has shown up in your life, you may see an influence for an extended time. They are very sociable and encourage you to play, especially with there love of water.

Ususally raccoon medicine is a 20 week cycle, which would put you into a cycle of about 5 full moons, we just had the last full moon last wednesday. That would be a cycle that finishes in December 02 just in time to learn the raccoons medicine and start the winter solstice anew.

THE EMU

I immediately thought of the Emu bird when I saw that name, but I was surprised to find out the EMU stands for a Europen group of countries as well.

12 Stars for 15 States in the flag of European Union:

Here are some reasons why in the flag of EU the number of stars did not become 15 when the States became 15. The 12 stars do not represent 12 countries, but rather 12 as some kind of representation of perfection / unity. One cannot make comparisons with the US flag as the cultural and historical environment is very different ( and flags do reflect these conditions ). As everyone knows the flag of the Council of Europe is the same, blue with twelve stars, and its members are a lot more than 12.

The euro coins have a common European side and 15 different national sides, 12 of which belonging to the EMU-countries and 3 to European mini-states. Federalism finds its time

News: Franco-German alliance delivers new blow to Blair

FEDERALISM is back - with a vengeance. For many years the British have lamented the fact that, while the future shape of the European Union is incessantly disputed here, our partners have seemed indifferent to or even impatient with any discussion, as if the supposed consensus in favour of federalism had imposed a taboo on public debate. Now, just as the British debate has temporarily subsided, on the Continent it has at last begun in earnest. As soon as the case for a European federation was set out clearly and honestly, the consensus in favour turned out to be a facade.

The taboo was broken by a speech on May 12 by the German foreign minister, Joschka Fischer: a speech of historic importance to which no British minister has yet given a considered response. The speech was given, doubtless with deliberate symbolism, at the Humboldt University on Unter den Linden in former East Berlin: a Prussian royal palace which became the site of the greatest university on earth. Degraded by Nazis and Communists, it is now purged and resurgent.

Was it presumptuous of Mr Fischer to expound his vision of a united states of Europe from Hegel's pulpit? Perhaps not: he is one of the very few thoughtful figures on the present European stage. Although he belongs to the 1968 generation, was for many years a Marxist and is still nominally a Green, Mr Fischer's statesmanship is in the tradition of Gustav Stresemann, Konrad Adenauer or Helmut Kohl no less than that of Willy Brandt or Helmut Schmidt. Like the rest of his political class, he believes in the hard-headed pursuit of German interests, within an overarching European structure.

Thus a "greater Europe", incorporating the east, is very much in Germany's interest, but "the objective risks and temptations arising from Germany's dimensions and central situation can be permanently overcome" only if the decisive step is taken from a union of nation states to a European federation. "Nothing less than a European parliament and government which will exercise legislative and executive power" can compensate for the fact that Germany is, as it was from Bismarck to Hitler, the largest nation state in Europe. Federalism is a German solution to the German problem.

The importance of Mr Fischer's speech is that, perhaps for the first time, it offers a sketch of how Europe will get from here to there. He sets out a three-stage process by which a "fully sovereign" European federation could be created within a few years. It would begin with much closer intergovernmental co-operation between the Euro-11 group of states which already share a single currency. In stage two, a "centre of gravity" within that group would form the "nucleus of a federal constitution", leading to a new "founding treaty". This "avant garde" would create new institutions: a stronger parliament, a federal government and a directly elected president "with far-reaching executive powers". In stage three, the remaining EU states would eventually join the new system.

To entrench the "Europe of nations", Mr Fischer wants to follow the American model by creating a European senate, indirectly elected by national parliaments. Nation states would "preserve an essentially stronger role on the European level than the Länder do in Germany" (though it is hard to see why). He is well aware of British sensitivity to the word "federalism", but "no other word occurs to me". Mr Fischer evidently does not expect the British to join his avant garde, but he takes as axiomatic the doctrine of his predecessor, Hans-Dietrich Genscher, that no member state may hinder the rest. Mr Fischer's federation would amount to a European revolution.

The German foreign minister had unwittingly placed a bomb under the French elite. A week later, it detonated. Jean-Pierre Chevènement, the French interior minister, spoke of a "tendency for Germany to imagine a structure for Europe which corresponds to its own model. Fundamentally, it still dreams of a Germanic Holy Roman Empire. It is still not cured of the derailment which Nazism was in its history. Germany has a conception of the nation which is that of the Volk; that is to say, an ethnic one."

There was uproar. Giscard d'Estaing among others, declared that it was "intolerable" to accuse the German leadership of a "Nazi inspiration and culture". The German press denounced the minister as a "notorious spoilsport" and Germanophobic nationalist. This was unfair: Mr Chevènement comes from Belfort, speaks fluent German and is the French cabinet's leading expert on Germany. The Schröder government wisely kept its counsel. Mr Chevènement himself quickly apologised for the false impression given by his remarks, but retracted nothing.

The small party he leads, the Movement of Citizens, is a vital part of the coalition led by the socialists, from whom he seceded over Maastricht. For this reason alone, Mr Chevènement could not be sacked by Lionel Jospin, as Nicholas Ridley was sacked by a reluctant Margaret Thatcher in 1990. Both the similarities and the differences between the two affairs are telling: Mr Chevènement's comments were just as harsh and out of step with official policy as those of Mr Ridley, but whereas the French minister could apparently speak with impunity, the British habit of appeasement dies hard.

In a later interview, Mr Chevènement denounced the conspiracy of silence in France about Europe and praised Mr Fischer for breaking it. But the former stuck to his guns: according to the foreign minister's federalist belief, "Germany would be the Alabama and France the Kansas of a united states of Europe". He was not accusing the Germans of being Nazis, rather the opposite: "The Germans damn National Socialism so strongly that they sometimes also damn the nation."

Mr Chevènement says he wants a "European Europe", not an American one. He is certainly truer to de Gaulle's legacy than Jacques Chirac, who has evaded the issue so far. The president told an audience of defence experts this week that he did not want a "divisive" debate about a federal Europe. In a coded rebuke to German federalists, Mr Chirac added that "it would be vain to try to define Europe in an abstract manner"; he preferred a "strong Europe on the international scene". On June 27, Mr Chirac is due to address the German Bundestag in Berlin. Then he will have to respond to the Fischer challenge.

I shall return to this fascinating debate on federalism, which does indeed go back to the Holy Roman Empire. But the Franco-German dialogue poses problems for both Tony Blair and William Hague. The unpopularity of federalism here makes it dangerous for Mr Blair to ally himself too closely with Mr Fischer, even though they have a great deal in common. Likewise, Mr Hague needs a long spoon if he is to sup with Mr Chevènement who, as defence minister, notoriously took his anti-Americanism as far as to sympathise with Saddam Hussein during the Gulf war.

Yet the federalist revolution is happening. British politicians will have to take sides, and either way they will find themselves with uncomfortable bedfellows. By the Nice summit next December, the first stage of the Fischer plan may well already be under way.

Now that the battle of Europe has begun, we must not return to a phoney peace.

THE EMU BATTLE

SQUIRREL

There are a variety of symbolisms for squirrels in dreams, so I'm only going to put down the ones that match the dream itself.

SQUIRREL - negative connotation - scurries back and forth telling stories, elusive.

To dream that you are feeding a squirrel, denotes comfort through hard work, diligence and prudence.

Squirrel - gathering

A couple years ago , I had this bit of dream about squirrels: I then saw three rabbits wrapped in a towel on the floor. I knew they had to be released. The first one was a white rabbit, the second was a squirrel which immediately started running around the house and we opened the back door to let him out. The third one was a darker rabbit which had gotten squished. He was still alive but his guts were hanging out of his tummy, rather greenish and slimy, and I knew he wouldn't live. I left him there to save the others and get the squirrel out of the house.

We have long known about the squirrel running up and down the Yggdrasil Tree. The squirrel Ratatosk ("swift teeth"), is a notorious gossip. Joe Mason says: The idea is that our "squirrels" have been missing in the time cycle, meaning that our communication system has been severly hampered.

THE STRANGE THINGS ABOUT 625

The Romans were great organisers of the military: they went everywhere in their hundreds (centurians) and their thousands. Marching out the paces, it was easier to count 1,000 for a mile than 1,200. Their decimal mile of 1,000 paces of 5ft should have been 1,200 paces of 5ft to equal a geographic mile.

!,000 paces of 2 x 36" steps would have given them the geographic mile, 100 such paces the stadium, but perhaps the 36" step was too big for them.

Their mile of 5,000 ft they divided by 8 to give a furlong of 625ft. The object here was that the furlong shold have a length equal to a Greek stadium, but the problem was that their feet were too big! The stadium was 600 Greek feet but the Romans had to use the number 625 in order to be 1/8th of the new 5,000ft mile. The answer was to reduce the size of the foot by thus giving the smaller Roman foot which is 24/25ths of the Greek foot so that 625 Roman feet equal a Greek stadium.

NOTE: Did the dream tell me that the cost was too high or that I couldn't get enough bandages to cover the growing wound?
