the defendant ... above named, if they be found in your County, to be and appear before the Judge of our Superior Court , at the Court to be held for the County of Henderson at the Court House in Hendersonville, on the 2nd, Monday, after the 4th, Monday, in August and answer the complaint which will be deposited in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said County within the first three days of the next term thereof, and let the said Defendant ... take notice that if they fail to answer said comlaint within that time, the Plaintiffs will take Judgment for the ruling demanded in this complaint.
