A controversy developed after the announcement of the object near Hale-Bopp. Some experts claimed that Chuck Shramek had misinterpreted his observations, and that it was nothing significant. It was claimed that object was a star that was not in the computer program used by Chuck.
On November 29/30, Art Bell interviewed Courtney Brown again. Courtney's associate, Prudence Calabrese, was also interviewed by Art. Courtney said that a prominent astrophysicist at a major university in the United States had verified the existence of the object near the comet. Other astronomers also know about it. Some 200 photographs were taken. The object appears to be larger than earth, and under intelligent control. It moved to the side of the comet and then behind it, giving the appearance of two lights within the comet. The object is hollow. It is self-luminescent, and the light pulses. It is also sending radio signals, which are being analyzed now. The astrophysicist is consulting with his family, and will likely make an announcement at a news conference soon. Prudence said that there is not a star in that region of the sky, that could be mistaken for the object. The signals coming from the object are not natural ones that come from pulsars or the like, they appear to be complex, intelligent signals.
Prudence said that many thousands of people are contacting her concerning this story. I sent her a short e-mail, and received this answer on December 4:

I don't know what it means, but it is very interesting to see thousands of people with the same types of dreams about comets and huge ships... I will look over the URLs you sent.

Those who are familiar with my work know that I have been communicating a message about very great changes coming in the near future. One of my articles can be found on The Dream Network Journal home page. Back issues of the journal can be purchased that contain some of the dreams reported above. For those interested, call Roberta Ossana at 1-800-861-3732. Roberta recently informed me that she intends to post the "signs in the sky" dreams on her web site.
There is no way we can be sure that something major is in the works, but you may agree that there is enough evidence to convince one that it is worthy of attention and further investigation. If it turns out to be very major, it appears that incredible events are only months away.
I was inspired to write this article and send it out to some of my corresponding friends and to others that may be interested. I feel it is important now to pay attention to developments, and to keep track of our dreams. My research indicates that dreams are the clearest form of communication about the changes coming. It is related to myths, religions, UFO events, and crop circle patterns, among other things. It is like a very complex puzzle with many pieces. Important "pieces" are coming in dreams to many.
Those holding the pieces need to communicate and start putting the picture together. There is no "Central Control" to do this, and perhaps that is a good thing. My sense is that we must each put our own pictures together, and that requires seeking. A great deal can be learned from the dreams of others. We can learn from the research of others, but there is a risk of being misguided. My experience indicates that dreams are the major guide in the quest for the truth.
For those who have the resources, I suggest that the interment/world wide web is a fruitful field for this research. I gathered most of the material above from "cyberspace" in a short time.
The Nostradamus quatrains are of great interest to me. Many of the words and phrases he used are very similar to dream symbols, and seem to carry grander meanings than those given by most interpreters. For example, in Century V-31, he mentions "the Attic land fountain of wisdom," and "the rose of the world," and "a wreck amidst the waves." My dreams and others clearly indicate that there is a metaphor concerning a simple house-shape. The triangular "attic" on top of the square represents Heaven above earth.
The book, Flowers In The Attic seemed to pick up on the theme. After telling a friend at work about this symbolism, she soon talked to a friend, Mary, in another state. They began to speak of dreams, and Mary told my friend that she had recurring dreams of trying to get to the attic, but there was a problem with the ceiling/floor in between. In her last dream, the floor was damaged, but was being repaired. I made contact with Mary, and told of my dreams and coincidences concerning this. I asked her if she saw any flowers in the attic. She wrote back and told me that sometimes in the dreams she is in the attic. She opened drawers of wooden furniture and found things inside. She could only remember one of the items she found in the drawers. It was a beautiful rose made of jewels. Each petal was a ruby, and the flower was surrounded with emerald leaves.
Later, I read a report that a mystic in Russia had written a book called, The Rose of the World. It has not been translated into English. It is about a huge change coming to earth. The major religions of the world are each a petal on this Cosmic Rose. They will retain many of their traditions, but there will be major changes and a unity.
Someone told me that a western mystic saw a Rose in Heaven. I believe it was Blake or Dante. "Waves" have appeared in many dreams. In one of the dreams, a bomb was dropped, and Navy ships went in reverse over the horizon. A tidal wave broke the windows of a hospital, but instead of water, a green, jelly-like substance came in, along with a dead boy. There are also dreams and books about three waves, or the third wave.
Could it be then, that Nostradamus tuned into the same dream symbols that are apparent now? If so, conventional interpretations may not be right, or only partly right. My feeling is that symbolic events happen all the time, and we seldom recognize them. Many of the interpretations of the predictions may well come to pass as actual events, but the events themselves may carry an even deeper, and more important meaning.
Certain dreams concern a metaphore about evolution from apes to man. The film, "2001:Space Odyssey," had similar symbolism. It is also in the eastern mythology about Rama and the Monkey King. The idea I got was that it carries a metaphor as to our way of thinking and believing in the time cycle, which is clown-foolish, or monkey-like, in many ways, such as warring against one another. But I feel that it was meant to be this way for a purpose.
After thinking about this symbolism, I received a dream voice message: "We are still apes! The great cycle is not over yet. We will become Man at the end of the cycle." Nostradamus' statement about the "primate" succumbing may be related.
The statements about hunger, thirst, milk, wind, and rain, may also be related to dream/myth symbols. Luke 4:25 and James 5:17 tell the story about Elijah's prayer that it not rain, and it did not rain for three years, and six months. Then he prayed again, this time for rain, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth its fruit.
In Black Elk's great vision, there was also a drought with animals starving, before the earth turned green again. Thirst may be also related to the symbolism of Aquarius, the water- bearer. There have been dreams about "the winds of change." A young man from Kenya wrote to me and told of a dream where great winds blew him down a dusty road. He hung onto a tree for a while, but was blown off. As he was taken farther down the road, the air began to clear. Milk in various forms has appeared in dreams. It is spoken of in the Song Of Solomon, and by Jesus in the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas. (babies nursing). It seems to be like milk from the Mother Goddess, a spiritual food-for- thought.
The line, "Castor and Pollux in the ship, bearded star," is significant to me. They are, of course, the Gemini Twins of the constellations. St. Paul once sailed on a ship called Castor and Pollux. A friend reported dreams with a "twins" theme. In one, he was at Twin Lakes, in Minnesota. That state also has the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul. The name Minneapolis comes from the Souix words, "minne" (water) and "haha" (waterfall) and the Greek word, "polis" (city). Minnehaha was the girl Hiawatha married in Longfellow's, The Song Of Hiawatha. Hiawatha was a messenger of the legendary "Peace Maker," who was of virgin birth.
The Greek stories of Castor and Pollux, I believe, are a significant metaphor about the nature of us human beings. They were the special protectors of sailors, saviors of swift-going ships, when the storm winds raged. In some accounts Pollux is fathered by Zeus, and is a divine immortal, whereas Castor was fathered by the earthly king. Leda, Queen of Sparta, was the mother of both. When Castor was killed, Pollux prayed so fervently that Zeus allowed him to share his immortality with his brother. After that, they had to spend half their time in Hades and half in Heaven. One legend is that they always stayed together. In another, they are eternally separated, alternating between the two realms.
The line, "Renewing the age of gold for that of brass," is quite interesting. In the Hindu chronology, there are four ages, called the Krita-yuga (golden), the Treta-yuga (silver), the Dwapara-yuga (bronze), and the Kali-yuga (iron), which is the age we are now in. When humanity overcomes the influence of Kali, the present world will be destroyed, and a new and better one will replace it.
The Book of Daniel (2:31-45) has the same four metals in Nebuchadnezzar's dream of the frightening image, which Daniel interprets to be ages. There is an additional step; the feet of part iron, part clay, represent a divided kingdom. A stone was cut out "by no human hand," and struck against the image, shattering it. The stone became a great mountain and filled the whole earth, establishing the everlasting Kingdom.
The quatrain with the line, "Divided by the two heads and three arms, The great city will be vexed by waters," may refer to the situation on earth, near the end of the Age of Pisces, which is associated with fish and water. In 1991, a man told me a dream of being on a starship in space. A very important message was trying to come in, but it could not until the garbage was ejected. He frantically ejected the garbage, then the message came. A doctor appeared and led the crew into a bedroom. He began working on a yard- high, dome-shaped mound of a jelly-like substance at the foot of the empty bed. Suddenly, the dreamer say a human-sized hand puppet, a male/female pair, fall into a vat of water. He knew they had to change. Ancient depictions of humans with two heads are said to represent man with the dual aspects, before one was lost. The many Hindu deities with four arms, are so depicted to impart a meaning.
Revelation 16:19 says, "The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and God remembered great Babylon, to make her drain the cup of the fury of his wrath." The Nostradamus quatrain that says, "Dalmatian land, It will overrun, devastating the entire land," may be related. The Dalmatian coast is where the former Yugoslavia meets the sea. The war in that area involved three factions with different religious beliefs. Based on dreams and myths, I believe we will find that the Creator is not venting his anger on us humans. We seem to have volunteered long ago to take on the anger in order to discharge it. So, in the end, we will have a happy surprise. We humans will be considered heroes in the great experiment. The reference to Mars and Martians, I believe, may be a metaphor. Mars is the god of war and his metal is iron. It probably refers to our warring cycle of time in this, the Iron Age, the Kali-Yuga. One of the remote viewers sensed that the object had metallic and stone aspects. Nostradamus says "stones will fall during the rain in Tuscany." (Century III-42).
A stone or rock can have an alternate, symbolic meaning. H.P. Blavatsky, in Isis Unveiled, vol.2, pages 30, 139, 246, 392, 544 gives a meaning that seems valid. She discusses Jesus' statement, "Upon this rock, I will build my church." Some say this refers to Peter the Apostle. Blavatsky said that the word, "petra" (Peter), also meant "interpreter" in Chaldaic and Phoenician. It was associated with interpretations traced on stone tables, or heirophants, which were passed on to future interpreters. The idea is that Jesus was saying that he laid a foundation upon which others would build.
Interestingly enough, Blavatsky predicted in the book, published in 1877, that Gnostic documents would be found as part of a process unfolding. Some 68 years later, the Gnostic, Nag Hammadi texts were discovered in Egypt. Some scholars believe that one of the documents, called The Gospel of Thomas, may have been the source for some of the quotes in the Biblical Gospels. The text consists of sayings of Jesus, many of which found their way into the Bible. Jesus used the "house" and "building" metaphors many times. Particularly interesting is Saying 66: "Show me the stone that the builders rejected: That is the keystone."
The Greeks also had a myth about ages, associated with four metals, except brass was used instead of bronze. It was said that the sorrowful, angry and evil time of iron will likely be destroyed too. But it could be avoided if the common people rise up and put down the rulers that oppress them.
Nostradamus' mention of the "true serpent," may be related to the Mexican myth of Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent. A man told me a dream where he and his oriental companion, who had removed his head and held it under his arm, were chased around a room, but could not get out, because a huge man was guarding the front door with a knife. After a while, the knife transformed into a feather, and they were let out. Soon after hearing the dream, I learned that the Egyptians used a feather to symbolize "Truth," because it can be so easily blown away. In the Judgment Hall, the heart is weighed against the feather.
There is also a myth in South America about the "House Of Smoke," located in the sky between the zenith and the horizon (i.e. 45 degrees). A feathered serpent comes up into the House Of Smoke from below.
Nostradamus Century VI-97 says, "The sky will burn at forth-five degrees, fire approaches the great New City. Immediately a huge, scattered flame leaps up when they want to have proof of the Normans." A man told me six years ago that he dreamed of fire coming down the street of the burning city. It died out at the foot of the porch steps where he stood with his family. Three years ago a woman dreamed that her house caught fire, then all the others one by one. Then a great carpet rolled out upon the earth, as a new, green landscape. Carl Jung said that fire represents inspiration.
Century X-74 says, "The year of the great seventh number accomplished, it will appear at the time of the games of slaughter, not far from the age of the great millennium, when the dead will come out of their graves." In 1993, two individuals at the same work place told me that they had recurring dreams of dead people in coffins, including their own fathers, speaking to them. Their fathers are alive in real life. I believe the context of this is spelled out in Revelation 3:1,2, ". . .you have the name of being alive, and you are dead. Awake, and strengthen what remains and is on the point of death, . . ."
In Ezekiel 9:2, six men came from the north upper gate, with weapons for "slaughter." With them was a seventh man, clothed in linen, with a writing case at his side. The seventh man marks the foreheads of those who will not be slain.
This type of symbolism goes way, way back. The original meaning was a purification process, afterwhich one is pardoned. The Kali-Yuga is an age of "death or destruction creation," and is equated to a seed growing into a plant. The seed is destroyed in the process of the plant's growth.
To me, it relates to the second remote viewer's perception "that there were subspace and physical beings who were watching something big and vast in a contented and pleased way. They were working to finish an important project. The project was enjoyable, almost like playing."
The Lion in Century III-52 is also of much interest. I believe it is related to "the kings of the earth" in Revelation. In the cycle ruled by the "harlot," which I believe is related to Kali, the kings fornicate with the harlot and become drunk on her wine. This seems to refer to anger. Kali is said to evoke "tamasisk," meaning anger. When the New Jerusalem comes in Rev. 21, the kings of the earth bring their glory into it. There is no longer a need of sun and moon for light.
Rev. 3:11 says to "hold fast to what you have, so that no one may seize your crown." In The Gospel of Thomas, saying 7, Jesus says, "Lucky is the lion that the human will eat, so that the lion becomes human. And foul is the human that the lion will eat, and the lion still will become human." The film, "The Lion King," seems to carry symbolism about the cycle of time, and has a correspondence with the Egyptian myths. "Scar" is the evil brother who slays the father lion, which is similar to Typhon-Set killing his brother, Osiris. According to Blavatsky, the story of Cain and Able was adopted from that story. The scar on the eye of the evil lion may hint at the mark of Cain. The young lion corresponds to Horus. He returns to the desolated kingdom and defeats the evil uncle in the final battle. Then the rains come, greening the earth again. The line in Century III-17, "When the monarch will chase his nephew," could refer to Typhon-Set as the King in charge, and his nephew, Horus, the rightful King. In "The Lion King," the young lion is chased away by Scar. The symbolism, I believe, is saying something about our time cycle in a symbolic way, and new ideas are coming in inspired stories, as well as dreams, and other ways. The Hopi say that the Sacred Symbols will be newly understood, in the time of purification. A "twin" departed long ago, who is called Pahana, which translates into "white man." He is expected to return soon, carrying the cross and the swastika, as the symbols of the feminine and masculine energies. Interestingly, Quetzalcoatl was also a white man who departed by sea, promising to return.
There is a fictional book called, "Valis," that carried symbolism significant to the material here. It was written by Philip K. Dick, based on his own spiritual bombardment. Valis stands for "Vast Active Living Intelligence System," which appears as an ancient satellite from another planet placed in orbit around the earth. Humanity originally came from the same planet long ago. Valis periodically sends microforms of itself to earth, like Jesus. It sends another in the book in the form of a little girl. These microforms are also the Holy Spirit. The corporeal reality is said to be like a hologram.
Throughout the book, the main character keeps saying, "The Empire never ended." This refers to the Roman Empire, and the way humanity is always suppressed by authoritative structures. The churches, that evolved after Christ, were just a continuation of "The Empire." The character felt that the Age of Iron was ending, and that there was soon going to be a return to The Age of Gold. Could it be that Nostradamus was imparting this idea in his references to Rome and Romans? I once had a dream that spoke in the same terms. Many of the statements made by the remote viewers seem to be related to symbols I have followed for some six years. I plan to elaborate more on this in the coming months. I will send it to all who respond to this letter.
My material suggests that the change is entirely positive, but there will be stress caused mostly by fear. For this reason, I feel it is important that the information contained herein be made available to as many people as possible. It will be rejected by many, of course, but if more startling events become more clear, many will be looking for answers. The answers are in dreams.
