There was an amazing "number coincidence" on September 11, 2001. Even more astonishing -- this was predicted by various crop circle formations in England. This article details the matter.
Days after the tragic events of 11 September 2001, it was reported that the New York City Fire Department had lost 343 Firemen that day. Also mentioned was that 777 New York City Firemen had lost their lives in the line of duty in the entire history of the NYC Fire Department up until that day.
I was startled when I read about the numbers. Both 777 and 343 had been noted as significant by crop circle researchers in the years leading up to the 9-11 events. It was pointed out that 343 is 7 x 7 x 7. In the years after the 9-11 events, it became clear that other crop circle formations had significant numbers, not mentioned prior -- specifically, the two fabulous Julia Set type formations of 1996.
I am quite convinced that these number coincidences are not meaningless accidents. The odds suggest that they are meaningful, and are therefore probably of great significance to humanity. Being meaningful leads to the conclusion that such events are planed by an intelligent entity with god-like powers. In addition to the number coincidences, there are other symbolically meaningful coincidences between the messages carried by crop circle formations and the 9-11 events. I believe they add weight to the idea that the events carried symbolic messages.
My personal experience of following dreams and coincidences since 1990, provided a firm foundation for my theories about the 9-11 events. They have functioned like guideposts and confirmations of various concepts. I believe the future will show that following dreams and coincidences can be successfully used as a method of investigating those areas outside the purview of science. I have done just that for over twenty years now. I cannot claim that it leads to "proof" in the scientific sense, but it certainly can cause one to consider certain concepts as having strength in the sense of convincing power.
The crop circle formations, the numbers, and the coincidences sometimes lead to religious ideas. I do not believe in any conventional religious system, but I do believe these things are important and worthy of study. Researcher, Jacques Vallée, and others have pointed out that anomalous religious events, such as Marian apparitions, tend to happen where associated believers are located. My guess is that the intent is to evoke a reassessment of our belief systems, rather than to promote a specific religion.
Prior to the 9-11 events, I had written about various
symbolic events, so it was not a surprise that I saw the tragic events of 9-11
as symbolic in many ways -- and not just the numbers. I will elaborate about
the symbolism later
in this article. But first, I will detail the crop circle formations and related numbers.
Two crop circle formations appeared at Barbury Castle in 1997. The first -- a pinwheel-like design, with six crescent moon-like shapes -- appeared around 20 April. It was a Seed of Life type --
The second formation -- the Kabbalistic Tree of Life -- appeared around 6 May. The Ordinance Map Grid Reference of the pinwheel formation was SU 157 777, and the Tree of Life was SU 170 777.
Researcher, Debbie Pardoe, wrote an article for SC, the monthly journal of the Sussex branch of the Center of Crop Circle Studies, about the Tree of Life formation. She mentioned the "777" numbers of the grid references. She also pointed out that various numbers and other factors hinted at the work of Aleister Crowley, who published a volume of tables titled, 777 and other Qabalistic Writings of Aleister Crowley --
A primary focus of the book centers on the ten sephiroth (spheres) of the Tree of Life. Numbers related to Gematria, a type of alphanumerics, are also a primary focus of the book. Note the two pillars on the book cover. They relate to Solomon's Temple and to the left and right pillars of the Tree of Life.
The Tree of Life crop formation appeared 93 years after Crowley proclaimed the Advent of the New Aeon in 1904, based on spiritual communications. The word for Crowley's New Aeon is Thelema, which has a Gematria value of 93. Thelema is a Greek word meaning "True Will." A major message was "Love Under Will." The Greek word for love, "Agape," also adds to 93. Fight 93 was one of the hijacked airplanes on 9-11-2001. It crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Two of the paths in the Tree of Life crop formation were kinked. Barry Renolds pointed out that those two paths represent two Tarot cards, which "coincidentally" are the only ones changed from standard by Aleister Crowley.

The Tree of Life Crop Circle Formation
Some four years later, this excerpted quote of Debbie Pardoe from the article would prove to be quite symbolically significant regarding the 9-11 events --
One month prior to the 9-11 attacks, Dee had two dreams that may have been predictive. The first dream came on 10 August, and involved a picture of two pillar candles. The next night, exactly one month prior to the attacks, she had a dream of a family at 1415 West Beckett Street named Irenaeus.
She found out that Irenaeus was a "Pillar" of the Christian Church. Around 180 AD, he developed a New Testament, which was a basis of the one that came down to us in history. She also learned that Thomas Beckett, Archbishop of Canterbury, died at the foot of a pillar, when he was assassinated in 1170 AD.
Dee created a web page on the subject, with the title, The Connection Between Irenaeus and Beckett, the Two Pillars.
The address number, 1415, in Dee's dream seems significant, as the 4 and 5 add to 9, which leaves the two ones, or 11, and of course, the four numbers of the address add to 11.
David Wilcock, who was notified of Dee's dreams by email on 11 August 2001, commented that the religious figures and the "pillar candles" in her dreams, " . . . shows a connection between major icons of religious symbolism and two “pillars” that could be lit at the top to burn like candles."
In 1997, I read an article by German researchers, titled, Prehistoric Mathematics & British Crop Circles, by Max Seurig and H. Werner Baumann. Many of the numbers cited were of the Code type, that we had been following for several years. One of the formations studied appeared at Etchilhampton Hill, near Devizes, Wiltshire, around 20 July 1993. It is a variation of the Seed of Life Types --

On 7 July 1996, a Julia Set type crop circle formation appeared across the roadway from Stonehenge --
The formation was composed of 149 circles, a correction from the 151 circles originally reported. Some 23 days later, on 30 July, a Triple Julia Set type crop formation appeared at Avebury Trusloe, Wiltshire. The formation was composed of 194 circles.
Years later, probably around 2003, I thought of adding the total circles in the two formations --
I remembered the article by the German researchers, and therefore knew that 343 figures as 7 x 7 x 7, and represented cycles in the development of humankind. I also recalled that 343 New York City Firemen had died on 9-11-2001, and that 777 NYC Firemen had died in the line of duty prior to that horrible day. Added to the total story, as related above, it just seemed to verify that these things were part of some grand cosmic plan.
I realized years later that 1996 reduces to 7 thus -- 1 + 9 + 9 + 6 = 25, then 2 + 5 = 7. In that manner, the date of the Stonehenge Julia Set formation also suggests 7-7-7. The same applies to the terrorist attacks in London on 7 July 2005. It was pointed out that there were 911 days between the 9-11-2001 attacks in the USA, and the train bombings in Madrid on 11 March 2004, two and a half years to the day later. The London attacks happened nine years to the day from the appearance of the Stonehenge Julia Set crop formation.

Eye witness to the formation of a crop circle opposite Stonehenge
Within minutes of hearing the details of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, I realized that it was a symbolic event in my way of assessing such things. I began to write an article on the subject soon after, and placed it online on October 1, 2001. Twenty-two days later, I wrote another version of the article, emphasizing the seeming connections to the Book of Revelation.
Dee and I discussed the various numbers the event produced, such as the number 11 -- which the two World Trade Center towers resembled. We had been reporting about the 11:11 number coincidences for years, as people reported such things quite often. Dee created a web page on the subject soon after the event. Many others created similar pages.
I updated my article on November 3, adding an excerpt from The VOICE Online, under the heading, "Information on Our Members" --
To me, this was quite incredible, as it added specifically meaningful numbers that I had reported in my crop circle articles years before, as part of the message of the formations. Remember, the number 777 had appeared in 1997 as part of the Ordinance Map Grid Reference numbers for the pinwheel formation and the Tree of Life formation. The theory given was that various hints suggested the book, 777 and other Qabalistic Writings of Aleister Crowley. The number 343, which is 7 x 7 x 7, was included in the crop circle article by German researchers. It represents the overall duration of the development of humankind and the world. I did not know it at the time of the terrorist attacks, but 343 had also appeared as the total number of circles in the two Julia Set type crop formations of 1996.
The Alphanumeric Value of the Buildings = 343
William Downey, discoverer of The New Bible Code, found the number 343 encoded in the 9-11 events in a different way. Using his English Alphanumeric method and geometric shapes, he calculated the numerical value of "The Pentagon" as 125, displayed as a 5 x 5 x 5 cube of circles. The numerical value of "The World Trade Center" equates to 218, and is displayed as the outer shell of a 7 x 7 x 7 cube of circles. Combining the two (125 + 218) equates to 343, displayed as a 7 x 7 x 7 cube of circles. So, the names of the major buildings that were destroyed on September 11, 2001, equate Alphanumerically to 343. I checked the 343 result with the online Gematria Calculator.
Symbolism
The symbolic nature of the events is reinforced by comparing the Twin Towers to the left and right pillars of the Tree of Life, indicated by Crowley's book cover, on the right, below --
The iconic image of the sun shining between the Twin Towers (above, left) seems even more uncanny. Sphere (Sephira) six of the Tree of Life (above, center) -- the green circle in the illustration, represents Tipharet (or Tiphareth), which is associated with the sun. The left pillar is colored blue, and the right pillar red. They represent a duality, often labeled "Judgment" and "Mercy." The middle pillar represents a balance between the two. The Tree of Life is related to the chakra system.
The yellow
pathway with spheres 7 (Hod) and 8 (Netzach) corresponds to the third
chakra, and the green sphere corresponds to the fourth chakra -- the heart
chakra. Incredibly, the yellow pathway is also associated with the Tower
Tarot card, which is usually depicted as a tall building on fire with people
jumping from it. This is one example --

I cannot think of a more clear symbol that would represent the scene of those poor people who jumped from the Twin Towers on that awful day. Recall the 1997 quote, above, from Debbie Pardoe, about The Tower tarot card, as it relates to the Tree of Life article. Her statement became quite germane with the symbolic meaning of the 9-11 events. To me, it added a load of convincing power that the many "coincidences" between crop circles and the 9-11 events are not meaningless accidents, but rather, meaningful messages.
One interpretation of the meaning of the Tower Tarot card is this --
Debbie had interpreted The Tarot card as a balance between
the Head and the Heart, or the Intellect and Emotions. Another
interpretation
is that the tower can represent protection or confinement, like a fortress or
a prison. Our most invulnerable defenses can become the most imprisoning
bonds. This interpretation strikes me as being like painting oneself into a
corner via a belief system, where there is no way out. Divine intervention is
required at that point, to break the knot within the mind, so that one can
move on and progress.

The symbolism fit into the general idea that I had about the earth changes, which came mostly from dreams and coincidences. By 1993, I realized that humanity has been on a time-cycle path that corresponds to the seven chakra levels of consciousness evolution. We are near the "three and a half" midpoint and close to a leap to the fourth, heart chakra level. A short version of the story is here. A longer one is here.
The 777 Flaming Sword - The Lightning Flash of Creation
Aleister Crowley derived the number 777 by summing the numbers assigned to certain paths of the Tree of Life. This is the Flaming Sword or Lightning Flash of Creation, which starts at Kether (Sphere 1) at the top of the Tree, and zigzags through the Tree down to Malkuth (Sphere 10) at the bottom.
The above illustration is somewhat different than Crowley's system, which he changed from this more standard model. Crowley's numbers are in the two columns on the right side. I gathered them from this page.
The Flaming Sword runs along or crosses nine paths, which sum to 777 as figured from the numerical value of the Hebrew letters assigned to those paths. The associated card numbers of the Tarot trumps sum to 93. Remember that 93 is the number of Thelema (True Will) and Agape (Love) and Fight 93 crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001. Also interesting, the two airliners that struck the Twin Towers were Fight 11 and Flight 175, which add to 186, or twice 93. Flight 77 struck the Pentagon.
An idea expressed on the Flaming Sword 777 page is that we spiritual entities are a 666 beast while incarnated on the earth, but as only-begotten children of our previous incarnations, we are 777.
The number 777 also represents spiritual consciousness in a physical human being -- the incarnation of spirit. The Tree of Life can be seen as a representation of the human body and as a map of consciousness. Solomon's Temple and the Tabernacle have been interpreted in the same way.
The Flaming Sword represents movement down the Tree of Life from the top. The counterpart is the Serpent of Wisdom, which represents movement from the bottom of the Tree to the top. In Crowley's system, this symbolizes the ordeals of initiation. We experience cycles of this falling and climbing. The idea seems similar to the rise of the Kundalini in eastern religions -- perhaps indicated by certain crop circle formations.
Crowley also associated 777 with the addition of 359 and 418, representing the Spirit (Horus and cycles) and the body, temple or house, on the material plane.
Once again, this symbolism fits very well with the events of 9-11. Think of the Tower Tarot card as the tall building struck by lightning and set on fire -- and compare the imagery to the two airliners striking the Twin Towers, setting them on fire.
In Genesis, a Cherub with a Flaming Sword was placed at the East Gate of Eden, after Adam and Eve were banished, in order to prevent humans from re-entering Paradise and eating the fruit of the Tree of Life, and thereby living forever (Genesis 3:24 and 3:22).
There is a portion of our 1997 article about the Tree of Life crop circle formation that seems a bit uncanny now. Included was a section quoting an article written in 1993 by Mark Styles. He suggested that the 1991 Barbury Castle triangular crop formation represented the lower part of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life (which appeared as a formation six years later).
Mark's idea was that the ratchet spiral is to be positioned at the bottom, representing Sphere 10 of the Tree, Malkut --
The upper left circle, with a rod like a tuning fork, is Sphere 8, Hod, also known as Reverberation. The upper right circle is Sphere 7, Netzach, also known as Eternity -- a "spiral of time/wheel of fortune." The central circle with rings represents Sphere 9, Yesod, Foundation. It is the final messenger of divine eminence to the earthly plane, and is reverberating like a raindrop in a pond. Mark concludes --
And so, four years after Mark's article was published, the Tree of Life appeared as a crop formation with a 777 map coordinate, and eight years later the 9-11 events took place with an apparent 777 type message, matching the symbolism of the Lightning Flash of Creation or Flaming Sword through the Tree of Life.

Nine Step Crop Formations
The nine paths or steps of the Flaming Sword and the Serpent of Wisdom may be related to other formations that indicate nine steps. I reported a number of them in 2005. The first one appeared at Ripley, near Bournemouth, Dorset, around 17 April, illustrated on the top, left, below --

The Ripley formation fits especially well, as it seems to indicate nine steps to the center and another 9 steps back out to the edge. One could imagine this as looking down into the Tree of Life, following the downward paths of the Flaming Sword and then the returning paths of the Serpent of Wisdom.
The Monkton Down formation (top row, center, above) appeared near Louth, Lincolnshire, around 18 June. The central nine "balls" may suggest nine steps.
The Manton (or Boreham) Down formation (bottom row, left, above) appeared near Lockeridge, Wiltshire, around 22 June. The rectangular bars suggest nine steps spiraling clockwise inward to the center. This is especially significant, because it resembles a well known Hindu meditation symbol called a Sri Yantra (bottom, center, above).
One of the meanings of the Sri Yantra is a path thorough the chakras in nine steps, from one of the outer four "gates" inward to the center, where there is a single dot called a Bindu, indicating Union with the One Creative Source -- The Light beyond all colors. In the center of the crop formation, a group of standing plants were twisted to a point.
It is of major significance that a huge Sri Yantra pattern appeared grooved into a dry lake bed in Oregon in 1990. It was a quarter of a mile square, with 13.3 miles of lines. I had a great coincidence experience involving that pattern. From an inspiration, I drew the star portion of it the day before the news story came out about the lake bed pattern. In my case, the message was about the heart chakra.
Also interesting, the Dharmic Wheel crop formation also indicated nine steps -- the ninth step being to the center and Union with the One, the Light behind the Light. It appeared at Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, around 17 August 1992.
The Wayland's Smithy formation (bottom, right, above) appeared near Ashbury, Wiltshire, around 9 August. There were twenty sections in the outer portion, each of which had nine rectangular sections arranged like the Manton Down formation. Each section had standing plants in the center, suggesting the Bindu point.
The Woolstone Hill formation (upper, right, above), appeared near Uffington, Oxfordshire, around 13 August. Like the Monkton Down formation, the basic design was a 5 x 5 square grid. The outer perimeter portion was composed of sixteen sections, each of which had nine rectangular sections, quite like the Manton Down formation. The total rectangular areas in these sections totaled 16 x 9 = 144, a significant number, which is discussed below, concerning the number of hours in the six days of creation -- 6 x 24 = 144 -- and related to the Seed of Life type crop formations.
Each of the sixteen sets of rectangles were positioned differently except for two of them, which were the same. Except for the one duplicate, fifteen of the sets of rectangles appeared to be rotated 90-degrees from the one adjacent. I drew a diagram illustrating the theory that the sequence of groups of rectangles indicate a cycle, with fifteen steps completed, and one remaining.
The total rotations when completed add to 1440-degrees (16
x 90) -- which amounts to four rotations of 360-degrees each. Perhaps this
indicates the heart chakra, which is the
fourth chakra. The word,
chakra, is Sanskrit for
"wheel" or "turning." The traditional
symbol of the
heart chakra is a lotus flower with twelve petals, with a Star of David in
the center -- quite like the one in the center of the Woolstone Hill
formation.
If we are one 90-degree step short of the finish, the total rotation amounts to 1350-degrees, or 3.75 circular circuits. I consider the number 1350, or simply 135, to be in the 153 group. It is related to the 153 Fish in the Net story, discussed later in this article. There are rather indirect connections between this group of numbers and 666. In this case, it relates by adding the mirror numbers: 135 + 531 = 666.
Scholars of ancient metrology found that there were two ancient systems of numbers with a ratio of 24:25. In my studies, I have sometimes found it fruitful to convert certain numbers -- especially those that are divisible by five -- from one system to the other. The degrees of our rotation suggested by the crop formation, when converted, amount to 1350 x 0.96 = 1296.
I did this calculation while writing this article and found it significant, because the number 1296 (6 x 6 x 6 x 6) was major in a previous interview/article --
Code of the Ancients & the DNA Repair
Harmonics of the number appeared in various ways in several crop circle formations, including two DNA formations. A major association is the duration of time of half the precession of the equinoxes through the Zodiac Ages, or six Ages, 12960 years. The mitochondrial DNA formation of 2002 was composed of 1296 little diamond shapes, and carried the basic pattern of the Seed of Life.
Traditionally, Magic Squares are made for the spheres of the Tree of Life, based on the number of the sphere. In the case of the sixth sphere, it is the Magic Square of the Sun, where a 6 x 6 grid is made with the numbers 1 through 36 placed inside --
Each row, column and diagonal adds to 111 (There were 111 days left in the year on 9-11-2001). All the numbers added amount to 666. Of course, that is the famous number given in Revelation 13:18 --
I believe this is in reference to mankind during the time cycle dealing with the lower three chakras, which are the animal instincts -- the will to survive, to procreate, and to succeed. According to Joseph Campbell, the Virgin Birth represents the birth of the spiritual human out of the animal human, which happens at the heart chakra.
Revelation 17:11 also speaks of the beast --
Indications are that this Biblical beast corresponds to the Swallower Beast of the Egyptians, as displayed in this judgment scene from the Book of the Dead, where the heart is weighed against a feather --
There are seven spherical nodules along the pole from near the bottom on up to the crossbeam. Mythologists have interpreted them as corresponding to the seven chakras of the human body. The snout of the beast and the Judgment Seat are positioned between the third and fourth nodules, corresponding to the third and fourth chakras. The fourth chakra is the heart chakra. If the heart weighs more than the feather, the dead soul is devoured by the beast, meaning that the person must be reborn to try again.
In terms of Revelation 17:11, this beast will be destroyed in the future -- meaning that this death/rebirth karmic cycle will come to an end. Negative karma will no longer be a problem when humanity en mass has reached the heart chakra level of consciousness evolution. Violations will not take place when each person operates from their own heart's center, and understands that we are all one.
On 22 July 2004 (Pi Day 22/7), a confirmation came -- the Chakra System crop circle formation appeared at Pewsey White Horse --

A swastika cross type crop formation was nearby, which aligned between the third and fourth chakras -- quite like the scene above, from the Book of the Dead. The Crown chakra (the seventh chakra) was pointing to the white horse on the hill side.
666 Star of David
The 6th sphere of the Tree of Life (Tiphareth) corresponds to the heart chakra. It seems clear that sphere 6 is symbolized by the Seed of Life symbol. The traditional symbol for the heart chakra is a 12 petal lotus flower, with a Star of David inside. A Star of David also associates with the Seed of Life, as lines can be drawn between major points to form a six-pointed star.

The Seed of Life is part of a series of geometric shapes called the Flower of Life, one of which is Metatron's Cube, which also has a type of Star of David inside. In addition, the Seed of Life is associated with the sixth day of creation.
Following the logic, the next step, the seventh day, or the day of rest,
would correspond to the central circle or all seven circles and perhaps the
number 777.
I reported a coincidence
involving a dream in the early 1990s, which suggested that the seventh day of
creation, based on the 1991

which contains certain

Seed of Life geometry.
The Last Supper Crop Formation of 2007

It is similar to the basic design of the Leonardo da Vinci painting, "The Last Supper," which has a 6 x 6 grid on the ceiling. The formation had a 7 x 7 grid on the floor. In terms of the Tree of Life, the seventh sphere is Netzach-Victory, which is associated with Venus. The floor pattern is like the Magic Square of Venus. Jesus Christ and the Central American God, Quetzalcoatl, are associated with the Morning Star, Venus. Both departed, promising to return.
Another name of the Morning Star in ancient times, was
Lucifer, referring the
Light-Bearer, which heralds the dawn daylight. Later, the word became
associated with the Devil or Satan, after he was cast down from Heaven.
Each row, column and diagonal of the Venus grid adds to 175.

The Barbury Castle Crop Formation of 1991
The triangular crop formation that appeared at Barbury Castle on 17 July 1991, had many "666" hints --

Each side of the triangle was calculated as six radii of the corner glyphs, suggesting a 6-6-6 triangle. Two of the corner glyphs (top & right) also suggest six, and the Moon glyph (left) was offset by six degrees (39 x 6 = 234 instead of 40 x 6 = 240). The formation was said to be the Trinity in the alchemical form --
The ratchet or Mercury spiral was 333 feet in length. This may also suggest the Trinity as being three in One (1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3). The moon glyph was at 234 degrees instead of the expected 240. The number 234 has the positive tangent of 666. These are numbers evenly divisible by 18 (37 x 18 = 666 and 13 x 18 = 234). Interestingly, the 666 verse in the Bible is Revelation 13:18. When 234 is added to its mirror number, the result is 666 (234 + 432). The number 432 is a very famous ancient number, related to the Kali Yuga time cycle and the Gematria word, "Consecration."
The angles to the ratchet spiral were at 120 and 108 degrees, which when multiplied, amount to 12960, the number of years in half the precession of the equinoxes through the Zodiac Ages, which is six Ages of 2160 years each. The number 12960 is 6 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 10, and the number 2160 is 6 x 6 x 6 x 10. The Barbury Castle formation also fits with the ancient AUM triangle, indicating -- The Father (North) and Mother (Southwest) engendered the Son, Man (Southeast). The ratchet spiral is Mercury in the alchemical sense. Like his Greek counterpart, Hermes, Mercury has both male and female aspects. The comparison of the three glyphs compare to the Three Pillars of the Tree of Life.
The central circle with rings of the Barbury Castle formation was offset a bit from being centered on the triangle. The offset seems to be related to the idea that "something went wrong" with the Mother aspect of creation (the harlot of Revelation 17, who is Kali, instead of the future Holy Spirit or Eve replacing Lilith).
The square footage of the Barbury Castle circles totaled 31680, a number associated with the New Jerusalem design. The number 3168 was the Greek Gematria for "Lord Jesus Christ." It had previously been associated with a figure in the Pagan religion. 31680 feet is six miles (5280 x 6).

The triangular portion was composed of 33 circles, six on each side, suggesting 666. The ghostly image of six outlined cubes is evident. Since three sides of each cube are visible, another 666 suggestion can be interpreted. If three circles were added, one on each corner, for a total of 36 (6 squared), the formation would fit with the eighth Triangular Number. Triangular Numbers have been well known since ancient times. Perhaps the best known are the 4th (10 marks, the 17th (153 marks), and the 36th (666 marks). The Pythagorean Tetractys is a version of the 4th. The 17th, with its 153 marks, connects with the Biblical story of the 153 Fish in the Net, as told in John 21. The number 153 is called the Resurrection Number. The geometry of the story centers around the Seed of Life.
The story of the 153 Fish in the Net was also known in pre-Christian times. It was associated with Apollo's Oracle at Delphi, with its Omphalos Stone. One of the associations through Greek Gematria was the values of the words DELPHI (619) and OMPHALOS (911) adding to 1530. The 911 value is interesting in terms of the 9-11 events, which may also have an Apollo association, as related below. The Omphalos seems to symbolize our dome of the world perception of reality, as the circle of the horizon with sky canopy.
The Gog Magog Hills 666 Ring Crop Formation of 2001
Exactly two months prior to the 9-11-2001 attacks, a 666 foot ring with a 45 foot circle in the center appeared as a crop formation at Gog Magog Hills of Cambridge -- on 11 July 2001. The number 45 is the Hebrew Gematria of Adam, and related to the Divine Name, YHWH. A week later, a maze type formation was added within the ring, and then a step-pyramid type formation appeared a few days later, also inside the ring. A so-called "Angel" crop formation appeared around 25 July in the same area.
It was noted that the names Gog and Magog appear in the Book of Revelation. There is also a Wormwood Hill in the area, recalling the Wormwood star of Revelation. Atop Wandlebury Hill, is the ancient Iron Age hill fort known as Wandlebury Ring.
According to the Wikipedia page, the dowser and archaeologist, Thomas Charles Lethbridge, claimed to have found some ancient hill figures buried in the chalk under the surface of the hills. These were purported to represent a sun-god, a moon-goddess, and a warrior-god.
In his article, Hugh Newman tells of Carol Cochrane's idea, that lexigrammed words for the site names suggest “Sacred marriage”. I have included this here, because there are other indications of the Sacred Marriage symbolism in dreams and crop circle formations.
In another article, Ed Sherwood tells of his co-creation experience with the Angel crop formation, which appeared around 25 July 2001. He held a medicine bag with a design on it up to the sun. He acknowledged God as the primary source of the crop circles, and the Sun as a major co-creative element in the process. The ceremonial experiment was to see if a crop formation, similar in design to the medicine bag, would appear. And, so it did -- the Angle formation -- two and a half days later.
The Gog and Magog verse of Revelation is related to an Angel --
My view of Satan is not conventional. I see that symbolism as the opponent force -- the things in life that cause us problems, which are actually challenges setup for a learning purpose.
Shortly after the 9-11 events, I discovered a coincidence that seemed related to the paragraphs above. On 31 March 2001, some five months prior to the terrorist attacks, I received an email from Veralynn, in which she reported having coincidences of seeing 9:11. For some two years, she and her boyfriend constantly saw that number. Her boyfriend started to freak out, as he became convinced that it was a bad omen -- like the 911 emergency number. He died on 14 October 2000, close to 9:11. We placed Veralynn's email on one of our 11:11 Coincidences pages.
Veralynn's email address ended in 77, which I later realized was the Flight number of the airplane that struck the Pentagon.
On 16 July 2001, a person from Norway sent an email with some comments about Veralynn's posting on our site. His email address contained the number 11, which was the Flight number of the airplane that struck the North Twin Tower on 9-11-2001. He claimed that the word "God" has a Gematria value of 77. I do not know which system he was using. More importantly, he gave an excerpt from Revelation 9:11 --
With a web search, I found that this
angel is Apollo, in his destroyer aspect.
Apollo, of course, is the
Greek and Roman Sun God, as
the God of Light and the Sun, Truth and Prophecy, Healing, Plague, Music,
Poetry, and more. The destroyer function is quite like
Shiva.
This angel seems to be referenced in Isaiah 54:16, as the destroyer or ravager of God --
The Bythorn Mandala Crop Formation of 1993

It was interpreted as representing the third chakra, which traditionally is symbolized by a ten-petal lotus flower. In the years since 1993, many chakra type crop formations have appeared. As mentioned above, in 2004 a crop formation appeared at Pewsey White Horse that had all seven chakras in a row. A swastika-cross type formation in the field was aligned with the chakra system formation between the third and fourth chakras.
The Bythorn Mandala is also similar to a Yantra to Kali, the Hindu goddess of death destruction creation, consort to Shiva. In the Hindu system, we are in the Age of the Kali Yuga, the Age of Iron. Kali evokes "tamasisk" -- emotions of anger and fury. A reversed five-pointed star (as shown within the formation), with two points pointing upward, is an esoteric symbol of the Kali Yuga. It may be that we are near the end of the Kali Yuga and a return to the Age of Gold.
The four metals associated with the Yugas are the same metals that were in the dream of Nebuchadnezzar in the Book of Daniel, chapter 2, which Daniel interpreted to be the existing Kingdom and the Kingdoms to come. The feet of the frightening image were composed of part iron and part clay, representing the divided kingdom which cannot hold together. The image is destroyed by a stone taken out by no human hand, from which the eternal kingdom is established.
After the events of 9-11-2001, I recalled Nebuchadnezzar's dream. The Twin Towers were composed of steel, which is mostly iron, mixed with cement, which is somewhat similar to hardened clay.
I had a dream in 1995 about a number generator, which I realized on awakening applied geometrically to the Bythorn Mandala crop formation, and similar designs. It is basically a 360 degree circle divided into ten major sections of 36 (6 squared) degrees each. Smaller marks can be made of 6 degrees each, for a total of 60 small marks. I call it the Gematrian Wheel. I later realized that Stonehenge, in its early years, had the same schema.
The "ten horns" associated with the beast and the harlot in Revelation 17 could relate to the Gematrian Wheel, the Bythorn Mandala, the third chakra, and the Kali Yuga/Age of Iron time cycle. The beast is the eighth that belongs to the seven, and is eventually destroyed.
The Message of Karma
In terms of the 9-11 events, I realized that a message of karma was apparent. The idea dovetails with the meaning of Kali -- she wears a girdle of severed human hands. As the instruments of our works, this indicates the karmic function. The 9-11 karma message came in the ancient symbolic form of metrology -- trading one commodity for another or for a certain price. After all, the main event was at the World Trade Center. This is an excerpt from an article, titled, Why Study Metrology --
In terms of the Bible, karma seems to correspond to the idea of judgment. It may be that the Final Judgment is at hand! In my view, this would not be all doom and gloom -- the final outcome would be incredibly positive. This appears on the Wikipedia page on the subject --
I find these verses quite interesting in relation to the political rhetoric on the news these days -- for example, the "food stamp president" charge. I noted long ago that the two main political parties in the USA correspond well with the two pillars of the Tree of Life. The Republican conservative party fits with the Left Pillar -- Judgment or severity, i.e., the goats. The Democratic Liberal party fits with the Right Pillar -- Mercy, i.e., the sheep. The same difference seems to apply to the Old Testament versus the New Testament, as with "an eye for and eye," versus, "turn the other cheek." The ideal is to be balanced in the Middle Pillar -- Equilibrium or Mildness.
The terms left and right in relation to the political parties and the pillars of the Tree, seem reversed. But, when one imagines standing inside the Tree -- the left and right reverses, as with looking in a mirror. So, the perspective from within the Tree has the Republicans on the Right, and the Democrats on the Left.
The human race has been out of balance during the time cycle, with the Judgment function being much stronger than the Mercy function. My understanding of the Judgment function relates to our thoughts and feelings about fairness, righteousness, and justice. We tend to be outraged by violations, especially violations against ourselves or those we love. Such things can evoke great anger and violence. Recall that Kali evokes feelings of anger, and that she corresponds to the harlot of Revelation.
It seems that the Mercy function can also be too strong, such as enabling wrong-doers.
The above verses of Matthew make sense to me in this way -- the sheep associated with the Right Pillar will have reached a balance, whereas the goats associated with the Left Pillar, will not. I think this is about each person, and not so much about the political party.
The everlasting punishment of the goats is actually like a purification by fire, a period of stress, after which one is pardoned, having stressfully transformed, reaching the balance. I read of this idea in H. P. Blavatsky's, Isis Unveiled." It was interpreted in that way in ancient India.
The idea of balancing the two Pillars fits with the symbolism of the crossover, "Tipharet Helix."
About 16 years ago, on February 13, my younger son's birthday, I had a big coincidence concerning the forgiveness principle. My son had played a big part in my understanding of that principle several years prior. It was the key in my overcoming great anger at an injustice. The coincidental connection was to a verse in the Bible -- James 2:13 -- the verse number matching my son's birthday --
At the time, I noted that Valentine's Day was the next day.
Update - February 3, 2012
Several days after writing the above paragraphs, the subject of Matthew 25 became political news. President Obama spoke about the role of faith in his life and in society during the National Prayer Breakfast on February 2, 2012. He talked about taking care of the poor, connecting the idea to various religious traditions, including the Matthew 25 verses about taking care of the "least of these." This coincided with presidential candidate, Mitt Romney's, so-called gaff of saying he is “not concerned about the very poor.”
It is obvious that Romney is concerned with the poor and wants to help them -- he just used figures of speech that are now being used in negative political spins. Both sides are spinning away on the subject.
There have been some crop circle formations that suggest 777 in certain ways. One example is the formation that appeared at Waden Hill, Avebury, Wiltshire, on 16 July 2005, which had three "7" shapes arranged in a triangle --
Note that the date reduces to 7-7-7 (16 > 1 + 6 = 7 and 2005 > 2 + 0 + 0 + 5 = 7).
A cube type crop formation appeared around 23 June 1999 at Allington Down, Wiltshire. The wide portions of the laid down plants along the edges of the cube can be seen as three sevens, another form of 777 --
This symbol is known as the Antahkarana, an ancient healing and meditation symbol from Tibet and China. It is said to be multi-dimensional, relating from two to three dimensions continuing through unseen dimensions all the way to the highest dimension -- the dimension of the Higher Self. The three sevens represent the seven chakras, the seven colors and the seven tones of the musical scale.

Again, multiple patterns of sevens are apparent. Interestingly, a crop formation that looked like the Pentagon building in Washington D.C. appeared eleven days prior to this formation at Barton le Clay (see below).
Note the star point that is directed upward in the illustration, which has several glyphs inside its triangular form. The upper glyph is a curved live with an arrow point at the top. It may suggest a simplified form of the crossover, or Tipharet Helix, which represents a path through the Tree of Life, indicating a polarity reversal. It is somewhat similar to the Flaming Sword or Serpent of Wisdom.

One of the largest and most amazing crop circle formations appeared on 14 August 2001, at Milk Hill, which was just 28 days prior to the 9-11 terrorist attacks in the U.S.A. It was said to be a Julia Set type --

The design is also a Seed of Life type. The basic pattern is quite like the Pinwheel Formation of 1997, that appeared with the Tree of Life formation. See the illustration near the beginning of this article.
Dreams and various crop circles seem to indicate a potential or future change in the sixth sphere of the Tree. The Seed of Life flower will open like the aperture of a camera, giving a twelve fold flower or design, with a six fold figure in the center, such as a Star of David. This is similar to the traditional symbol of the heart chakra. See these two articles --
The Mega Glyph formation was composed of 409 circles. Norma Smith, of Universal Harmonics, had the brilliant inspiration to calculate the English Alphanumerics of 409, as relating to the seven colors of the spectrum. The same colors are traditionally used to represent the seven chakras --
The letters of each word are assigned numbers (A=1, B=2, etc). Note that "GREEN" -- which is the color assigned to the heart chakra -- adds to 49. The other six colors add to 360, giving the total: 360 + 49 = 409. This adds some weight to the idea that this Seed of Life type pattern relates to the heart chakra.
Some three weeks after the 9-11 events, a dream posted on Paul Vigay's site indicated that the Mega Glyph had a 777 component. A person posted a comment about the Mega Glyph under the name "dreamer" --
The 1111 portion, in addition to the 777 portion, of dreamer's equation seemed quite coincidental and significant. As mentioned above, Dee and I had been reporting about the 11:11 number coincidences for years. Right after the 9-11 events, we noted that each Twin Tower had 110 floors, and together looked like the number 11.
Many feel that it is significant that the Mayan calendar ends at 11:11 am (within a fraction of a minute), Universal Time, on December 21, 2012.
I made several comments in response to dreamer's post, linking to an article on Richard Hoagland's Enterprise Mission site about the mathematics found in the Cydonia region of Mars. It includes "e" -- the base of natural logarithms = 2.718282. A number quite close to "e" is calculated from the ratio of the surface area of a tetrahedron to the surface area of a sphere in which it is contained. Carl Munck has pointed out that the ancient unit of measure, the Megalithic Yard of 2.72 feet is also close to "e."
Interestingly, a crop formation appeared in 2010 at Wilton Windmill that encoded the beautiful Euler's identity, a formula that incorporates "e."
The White Sheet Hill Formation and the Days of Creation
Around 25 June 2010, a beautiful design appeared as a crop circle formation at White Sheet Hill, near the town of Mere in Wiltshire --
Like other graphics on this page, it is a variation on the Seed of Life design, which is related to the six days of creation --
Note the many small circles and rings in groups of four in the crop formation, like this set --
Each set seems to represent one day as two six-hour periods of daytime and two of nighttime, for a total of 24 hours. The total hours in six days amounts to 6 x 24 = 144. Harmonics of the number 144 appear several times in Revelation. It is apparent that the seventh day (of rest) would be represented by the central portion, for a total of 168 hours for the seven days.
Seed of Life type designs, such as the White Sheet Hill crop formation, above, could also be related to seven of the spheres in the central portion of the Tree of Life, as illustrated here in red --
The uppermost red sphere in the diagram, labeled "Daat," is a special "hidden" area not always shown, or shown with a dashed line ring. Another spelling is "Daath" One interpretation is that it represents a combination of spheres (sephiroth) 2 and 3 -- creative thought combining with deduction, analysis and development. This compares to the seed of an idea (sphere 2) being implanted in the womb (sphere 3), developing into the Child (Daat).
Sphere 6 (Tiphareth) of the Tree can likewise be called the Child of spheres 4 (Chesed) and 5 (Geburah) above it. This is an excerpt from our 1997 article about the Tree of Life crop circle formation --
Seven of the spheres of the Tree of Life are associated with Biblical righteous figures (tzadikim). They are also associated with the Sun, Moon, and planets. Here's the list --

I think it is significant that Jacob is associated with sphere 6, because he was the father of twelve sons, who became the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Sphere 6 is also associated with the heart chakra, which is traditionally symbolized by a twelve-petal lotus flower with a Star of David inside. Jesus is also associated with sphere 6. He was sometimes called "The Sun of God."
Ball in Cup Formations & Simon Peter
The idea of planting the seed was suggested by a crop formation that appeared at Wester Flisk Farm, near Balmerino, Fife, Scotland, around 5 August 2006 --
Below three circles is a glyph that I call a "ball in cup" type. There have been many others, such as the lower glyph of the image on the right -- a crop formation that appeared at Meensen, Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony), Germany, around 11 August 2006. The various spheres may represent spheres of the Tree of Life, and/or chakras. The Fife ball in cup is bracketed by a pair of thin crescents, which seem to symbolize the womb. It is apparent that a sperm is entering the womb. This could represent the analogy stated above about the Child of the union of masculine and feminine spheres.
Other clues suggest that the ball in cup represents sphere 6 of the Tree of Life, which associates with the Sun and the heart chakra. The Meensen formation, above, right, has such hints. It has a star shape and a flower shape, which is typical of chakra symbols. The inner circle and ring form a glyph that the ancients interpreted as representing the Sun and the Deity.
The star has 17 points and the flower has 13 petals. There is no traditional chakra symbol like that, as far as I know, but there are many theories about various chakras.
The 17 points are very suggestive, because that number is associated with the Biblical number 153, which we discussed briefly, above. Adding the numbers 1 through 17 total 153. To review -- the number 153 is a triangular number, and related to the story of the 153 Fish in the Net in John 21. The number 153 is said to be the Resurrection Number, via the Trinity function of summing the cubes. One-third of all numbers are resurrected. The same story was told before the advent of Christianity, one version of which is associated with Apollo's Omphalos Stone at Delphi (DELPHI 619 + OMPHALOS 911 = 1530). The geometry related to the story includes the Seed of Life.
153 Fish in the Net
This is one of the associated graphics, relating to the story of the 153 Fish in John 21 --
Note the upper portion, illustrating Peter and his Fisher's Coat. It is quite like the ball in cup portion of the crop formation that appeared in Fife, Scotland, illustrated above.
The 153 Days of Our Lady of Fatima
A very significant series of events took place in Portugal in 1917 that carried the 153 message in terms of the number of days involved. The most notable apparitions of the Virgin Mary took place, starting on May 13, and ending on October 13, a total of 153 days. These occurred on the 13th day of six consecutive months (with one forced exception). The final incredible event -- the Miracle of the Sun -- was witnessed by some 70,000 people.
As with the Meensen crop formation, above, the numbers 17 and 13 were apparent. It was the 17th year of the century, and the events happened on the 13th of each month. Remember too, that the numbers 1 through 17 add to 153.
The focus on the sun in the final event dovetails with the thread in this article concerning sphere 6 of the Tree of Life, as it is symbolically associated with the Sun within the Tree of Life. As the apparent sun danced about in the sky, the colors of the rainbow flashed from it. Recall that the Mega Glyph crop formation at Milk Hill, above, a sun symbol, encoded the seven colors of the spectrum (and chakras) in English alphanumerics through the 409 circles.
The rainbow is also an important symbol in the Bible. It is associated with sphere 9, Yesod, in the Tree of Life. Yesod associates with the Biblical Joseph, who wore the Coat of Many Colors. See the important additional information about Yesod, below.
Some witnesses reported that flower petals fell from the sky during one of the events. That fits with the Flower of Life and Seed of Life symbolism displayed profusely for many years as crop circle formations.
Recent investigations into the 1917 events at Fatima by two scholars in Portugal, indicate that the strange phenomena compare quite well with modern UFO reports. A leading theory among crop circle researchers is that the Crop Circle Makers are extra terrestrials. I tend to agree with the idea that the Circle Makers are from other dimensions that may be perceived as extra terrestrials or in multiple other ways. I suspect that we people of Earth are involved on an unconscious level.
Aperture Type Crop Circle Formations
Three other key crop circle formations seem to be related to the Seed of Life. The diagram on the left, below, is of a crop formation that appeared at Berg En Dal, Gelderland, Netherlands, around 1 July 2006 --
Below the cup is a six-fold aperture type glyph. It is similar to the North Sun symbol of the 1991 Barbury Castle crop formation. The diagram in the center, above, is of another aperture type crop formation that appeared at Devils Arrows, near Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, around 3 August 2003. The image on the right, above, is of a formation that appeared around 1 June 2003 at Halewick Lane, Sompting, Sussex.
There have been perhaps ten or twelve aperture type crop formations. The aperture type formations are of special interest to me, because I dreamed of a similar aperture in 1990. I described it as being like the aperture of a camera. I knew it was related to crop circles.
I reported the aperture dream to several snail mail friends back in 1992. To my amazement, two of them reported similar dreams. Jan dreamed of a lotus flower with ancient letters written on the petals. It suddenly opened like the aperture of a camera. Katherine dreamed of looking down her spine and seeing a rose, which suddenly opened like the aperture of a camera.
After reading about the symbolism of the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades, around 1992, I had a dream of an aperture opening and the Seventh Ray coming in on the Seventh Day of creation. It changed every particle in Creation. This became related to a number of other dreams and coincidences. I reported that story online in 1998 --

The Opening of the Heart Chakra
The meaning later became clear to me. As humanity makes its leap to the heart chakra, the Seed of Life flower will open, transforming into a twelve fold flower or design, with a six fold figure in the center, such as a Star of David. This is similar to the traditional symbol of the heart chakra. The change, therefore, seems to indicate the opening of the heart chakra. Katherine's dream of seeing the flower aperture opening while looking down her spine is strong evidence that this interpretation is on the mark. The aperture type crop circle formations, I believe, were showing this opening in progress.

Saint Peter Crop Circle Formations
Significantly, two crop formations have appeared in places named after Saint Peter --
Around 10 July 2005, a Seed of Life type crop formation appeared at Chalfont St Peter, near Rickmansworth, Oxfordshire. Around 3 June 2010, a twelve-fold formation appeared at Codford St Peter, near Warminster, Wiltshire. The two formations fit well with the ideas expressed above, relating to Saint Peter and the Seed of Life, as symbolic of the central sphere of the Tree of Life opening like an aperture to form a twelve-fold design. In this case, it is similar to a flower blossoming.
Part of the meaning of this came to me like puzzle pieces. The relationship of St Peter to Jesus, I believe, is similar to the relationship between various Biblical brothers or twins, such as Esau and Jacob, or Perez and Zerah -- the twin sons of Judah and Tamar (Genesis 38). The second born son inherits the Kingdom. The idea is that the Creator conceives of the ideal Son, who must first undergo a karmic stage of development -- symbolically given to the first born. This is the cycle of dealing with the lower three chakras, the animal instincts. Near the end of the developing stage, the first born son is symbolically an "old man." And then, the second Son is symbolically born as the New Child, who will then be the King of the Kingdom -- the name of the tenth sphere of the Tree of Life. During the developmental stage, one is an unconscious co-creator of the reality. Upon reaching the heart chakra, the person becomes a conscious co-creator, symbolized by Lion King. True free will is achieved at that point.
In the case of Saint Peter, the first born stage has lasted some two thousand years, carried on by a succession of Popes. The present Pope, Benedict XVI, is the 265th. That number is symbolically coincidental in a meaningful way, because in the original story of the 153 Fish in the Net, the dimension of the Net was 153 x 265, the division of which demonstrates a close approximation of the square root of three (265 / 153 = 1.732). Joseph Ratzinger became Pope Benedict XVI on 19 April 2005, some 82 days prior to the appearance of the Chalfont St Peter crop formation. I do not believe that Benedict XVI will be the last Pope, nor that the Church will cease to exist. The Popes and the Church are likely to carry on into the future for some time. However, I see this as a symbolic truth, representing an advancement in the spiritual development of mankind. As I see it, people will be guided by their own internal authority, rather than accept blindly the authority of the Church.
The Bridegroom - Zer Anpin
Another idea came about the ball in cup symbolism. It may be related to Zer Anpin, the Bridegroom, within the Tree of Life -- here shown color coded within the Flower of Life pattern --
Six spheres of the Tree of Life are associated with the Bridegroom, Zer Anpin. Five of those spheres (4, 5, 7, 8, 9) are depicted in red, above. The sixth is sphere 6 (Tipharet), depicted in green. Note how the arrangement is like a green ball in a red cup.
According to the great scholar and interpreter, Thomas Jude Germinario, Zer Anpin is the Son, the Supernal Man of the Kabbalah, the Messiah of the Jews, and the Christ of the Gentiles. His Bride, and the Queen of His Kingdom, is Malkut, sphere 10, at the bottom of the Tree of Life. This relates to the Shechinah, God’s feminine Presence in the material World. The Shechinah is associated with the Holy Spirit. Her symbols include cloud and fire. For example, in Exodus 13:21, She appears as a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night, to lead the people. An aspect of Shechinah is the feminine Neshamah, a collective Soul. Malkut is the Womb within which individual Souls are incrementally assembled to constitute the universal Soul -- She who is to be, at the end of Time, the Bride of Zer Anpin, the Supernal Man.
The Divine Image of Zer Anpin is to be transmitted to the Body of Man, so that it may become the Similitude of the Supernal Man. The mystical Body of Man compares to a Temple, with the Soul centrally located, and the “Holy of Holies” as its innermost Heart. In this way, one has direct contact with the Essence of God.
Thomas writes that the Son subdues Death by hanging from the Tree in the Garden. "By virtue of the Son’s Self-sacrifice, the Tree of Death becomes the Tree of Life." I recall that Joseph Campbell said that the Fruit of the Tree of Life is Jesus. I found an illustration of the idea here.
According to Thomas, the mystic visionary,
William
Blake, identifies the dominance of
the spectral ego-persona as the eclipsing of Vision and Imagination by
Reason and Moral Virtue. This imbalance has the effect of deforming both the
collective Body of Man and the Tree of Life.
In his brilliant article analyzing prophecies concerning the Popes, Thomas explains Nostradamus Quatrain C5, Q92 --
The Covenant of Circumcision
Some nine days after the arrival of the White Sheet Hill formation in June, 2010, a phallic type crop formation appeared nearby on 4 July 2010. It was presumed to be a hoax, and was mostly ignored. However, hoax or not, such symbolism is quite important in Kabbalistic circles. It is also quite germane to the concept of Zer Anpin. Thomas writes extensively about the Covenant of Circumcision.
The phallic crop formation was composed of two circles from which a long pathway extended to a third circle at the end. It was pointed directly at the June White Sheet Hill crop formation.
In Kabbalism, there is a symbolic phallus within the Tree of Life -- sphere 9, Yesod. It extends to sphere 10, Malkut/Earth, via the Middle Pillar pathway connecting them. Remember that sphere 9 is one of the six Sephirot composing Zer Anpin. This phallus is the symbolic procreative organ of the Supernal Man, Zer Anpin, which implants the soul seeds into the womb -- Malkut/Earth, sphere 10. The 2006 Fife, Scotland, crop formation, illustrated above, fits this symbolism especially well. The three circles above the womb, sperm, and ball in cup glyphs, compare with the spheres above Malkut (10) on the Middle Pillar - Yesod (9), Tiphareth (6), and Keter (1), or alternately, the hidden sphere of Daat.
Kabbalistic tradition teaches that a difficulty happened in the creation process which caused the Shevirah -- the Shattering of the Vessels (Sephirot-spheres). This caused many problems, one of which is the Qliphoth (or Qlippot) - where our perception of the upper source Worlds of the Olam became opaque, obstructing our view. Our perceptions are thus limited to the "phallic" area of Yesod until the Tikkun Olam -- the repair of the Tree of Life and the World.
Circumcision symbolizes removing the opaque obstruction to our perceptions, so that our view becomes clear. We can then perceive up into the timeless spiritual realms above. The Divine Light from above is no longer obstructed, removing the impediment to its flow into our World through the incarnation of living Souls.
The process is to lift Malkut up to the level of Binah. The effect brings the attribute of Mercy to the Feminine in our world, which mitigates the harsh judgmental tendency. The Shechinah then returns from her Exile in this World.
The Biblical Covenant of Circumcision involves the story of Abram and his wife, Sarai (or Sara), having their names changed to Abraham and Sarah. The letter "H" (Heh) was added to each of their names. The reference is to the two Hehs in the Tetragrammaton, the four letters of the Divine Name, YHVH (or YHWH). The four letters relate to male and female spheres of the Tree of Life. The first letter, Y (Yod), represents the first male emanation, Chochmah/Wisdom, the supernal Father -- sphere 2 of the Tree of Life. The first Heh represents Binah/Understanding, the first Female aspect of the Godhead -- sphere 3. The V (Vau) connotes the “Body” of six Sephirot which together comprise the Son, Zer Anpin. The final Heh signifies Malkut/Shechinah, the Bride of Binah’s Son, Zer Anpin -- sphere 10.
The four sets of Sephirot comprising the Tetragrammaton define the five levels of the universal Soul (or Pleroma). The letter Heh, and therefore the the two Feminine aspects, associate with the number five.
The symbolic purpose is to restore to Man the one component of his eternal Symmetry that was lost in the Fall -- Equilibrium, represented by the Heh in Abraham’s rectified name.

Sheet Name Coincidence
Shortly after starting this "Zer Anpin" portion of this article, a coincidence happened. While re-reading one of the articles by Thomas, I came to this statement --
There is a coincidental name association between the words "Bara sheet", with the location name of the concerned crop formation at White Sheet Hill. The words "Bara Sheet" mean "created Six", while the crop formation at White Sheet Hill demonstrate the six days of creation by the six-fold ring of circles.
Symbolism of Two Couples and the Tetragrammaton
In my 2001 article about the 9-11 attacks as a symbolic event, there is a subsection titled, "Symbolism of Two Couples." This was based on several dreams of two couples and a possible connection to the 9-11 events.
The first dream of that type came around 1990, when Nancy reported a dream of observing two couples setting in opposing seats in an airliner. The male of one couple wore the same perfume as the female of the other couple.
Years later, it stuck me that dreams of two couples could relate to the symbolism of the Tetragrammaton, YHVH (or YHWH) -- as the two male and two female associations within the Tree of Life, as discussed above.
I included that information in the article, because there is a possible symbolic connection within the 9-11 events. This involves the most famous person killed on that day, Barbara Olsen, who was aboard Flight 77 when it struck the Pentagon. She was the arch enemy of Hillary Clinton, having written two derogative books about Hillary, one of which was published after 9-11-2001.
Barbara Olsen was the wife of Ted Olsen, the Solicitor General of the United States. September 11 was, coincidentally, his 61st birthday. Ted became well known the year prior to 9-11, when he successfully won the Supreme Court case of Bush v. Gore, settling the contested 2000 Presidential election.
Barbara, and Ted were lawyers, as are Hillary and Bill Clinton. Dee and I had noted that many dreams with a suggestion of karma/judgment often include lawyers, judges, courts, police, and the like.
The death of Barbara Olsen by being slammed into the Pentagon on Flight 77 may have carried karmic symbolism related to the Tetragrammaton. Disclaimer: I am not making a personal judgment about Barbara or anyone.

circle formation appeared at
Barton le Clay, Bedfordshire, that looked quite like the
Pentagon --

The design is similar to a counterclockwise swastika, which is traditionally said to be going west, the direction of death. Recall that the Bythorn Mandala, discussed above, had a pentagram within a pentagon, and seemed to be associated with Kali and the karmic Kali Yuga time cycle. It is noteworthy that one of the symbols of Kali is the swastika.
On 7 July 2007, a very large crop formation, composed of 150 circles, appeared at East Field, Wiltshire --

It was clear to many researchers that the date, significantly, indicated three sevens -- 7-7-7. The formation caused quite a stir, because light-sensitive and infrared cameras had been set up at Knap Hill in the hours prior to the appearance of the crop formation. A little after 3 AM, a huge flash of light lit up the field, and then some minutes later, a crop formation was observed by three eyewitnesses. Cameras recorded the flash and the crop formation. Later, a trained video producer confirmed that the images were not faked.
It seems noteworthy that this 7-7-7 formation has similarities to the Julia Set types, and that the Stonehenge Julia Set formation also was witnessed to have formed during a very brief period. All four Julia Set type formations carried the number messages -- either 777 or 7 x 7 x 7.
The Om formation is
quite
similar to the Om symbol of the
Eastern religions. Below are two examples of the Om design, out of many
variations --
The Om or Aum symbol is related to a
sound that represents the cycles of creation, related to three Deities who are
also One -- Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Sustainer, and Shiva the Destroyer.
Interestingly enough, a
crop formation
appeared around 23 January 2011, at Krasakan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Java, near
the Prambanan temple,
which is dedicated to the Trimurti gods -- Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. The Java
crop formation was similar to the symbols that represents the first chakra.

The Sacred Symbols of
Mu (page 276), presents an idea about the
AUM triangle: The Father
(A) and Mother (U) engendered the Son,
Man (M).
It is also interesting that the Om crop formation and the ancient Om symbol include a type of "ball in cup" glyph.
Melissa's Om Dream
Shortly after the Om crop formation appeared, I recalled a dream image that Melissa handed to me one morning, many years ago --
I found the drawing in my notebook. It is dated 10 October 1992. She told me that it was a light brown color and there was something mathematical about it. She also reported another dream. This is what I wrote in my notebook next to the image that she drew (above), about the dreams --

Sumerian 777 Star Crop Formation

The design incorporates three seven-pointed stars, suggesting 777. There are also seven groups of seven small circles/rings radiating outward between the outer star points. When describing crop formations, by convention, a simple "circle" has all the plants laid down, whereas a "ring" has standing plants inside a ring of laid down plants. The patterns of small circles/rings were found to have a code. Translated into computer style ASCII binary code, the seven groups spell "Enki Ea". The space between the two words is part of the code.
Ea and Enki are two names for the Babylonian/Sumerian God. He was the brother of Enlil. The mythical pair are said to play a role in the world. Ea Enki associates with creating and sustaining, while Enlil tends to destroy. They form a triad with Anu. These three Anunnaki gods seem similar to the Trimurti gods of India, as mentioned above.
This mythology came from the region of modern day Iraq. The Tigris and Euphrates Rivers run through the land. It was the location of the city of Babylon and the Tower of Babel. The region and its myths were integral to the Bible, including many references in the Book of Revelation, such as the harlot of Babylon (Rev. 17:5).
Also worthy of note -- The USA invaded Iraq after the 9-11 events, on the apparently false pretense that Iraq was involved in the attacks and had weapons of mass destruction. The Gulf War was started after Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990. Osama bin Laden declared a Jihad, a holy war, on the USA, because of the perceived violation of American troops setting foot in Saudi Arabia, where the holy city of Mecca is located.
These are a few of many connections that came to mind when I learned of the Poirino Enki Ea 777 star crop formation.
The 8-8-8 Figure Eight Formation

The design looks like the number eight which is also the sign for Infinity. It can be considered one of the "Tipharet Helix" types -- as related to a crossover from one pillar to the other on the Tree of Life, which signifies a reversal of dualities. There have been quite a few other formations in that category. Interestingly, the Olympic Games began in Beijing, China, that same day, at 8:00 pm. The number eight is considered a sign of prosperity and confidence in that land.
The number 888, of course, is associated with Jesus by way of Greek Gematria.
Also interesting -- the United States Declaration of Independence happened in 1776, which is twice 888.
The number 8 is said to symbolize a new beginning. An example is the story of the flood, where 8 people were aboard Noah's Ark. In music, the octave relates to 7 notes followed by the 8th, the start of the next series of notes.
In terms of the triple numbers covered in this article, it seems to be a message of advancing from a karmic 666 stage, to the more balanced and positive 777 stage, followed by another new beginning, symbolized by 888. The stages compare symbolically to the six days of creation followed by the day of rest, followed by a new creative stage. A destructive aspect of creations is involved, probably at the end of the 666 stage. Each individual probably evolves through these symbolic stages, but a collective level of development also seems to be suggested.
The 777 stage seems to be symbolically related to the central circle of the Seed of Life, which probably associates with the Bridegroom, Zer Anpin. The Divine Marriage, like Hieros gamos, of the Bridegroom and Bride, represent the harmonization of opposites. It also seems to symbolize the uniting of Heaven and Earth.
Another possibility is that stage 888 represents an eternal realm. The 8-8-8 crop formation, as the infinity sign, seems to support the idea. Also, in the Egyptian depiction from the Book of the Dead, above, there is another nodule above the balance beam, which, according to mythologist, Joseph Campbell, may represent a sphere of timeless consciousness beyond the earth plane.
The Trinity, as suggested by the various triangular crop formations, especially the Barbury Castle formation of 1991, also suggests eternity. The critical verse in Christianity is John 3:16, indicating that one who believes in Jesus will have eternal life. Personally, I do not believe in the doctrine of the atonement. My own view is that this is about thinking and believing in the love and compassion advocated by Jesus, and acting in that manner. As I see it, this is likely to be true, regardless of the validity of the historical Jesus. One also becomes immortal by eating the fruit of the Tree of Life, which during the time cycle is blocked by the angel with the Flaming Sword.
Interestingly, there was a recent
news story (January 2012) that involved John 3:16. In a miraculous
comeback victory in a football playoff game, Denver Bronco's quarterback, Tim
Tebow, threw for 316 years in ten passes for an average of 31.6 yards.
The receiver of the winning pass play, Demaryius Thomas, was born on Christmas
Day. Many were amazed, because when Tim was in college, he wrote the words,
"John 3:16" on his face, while playing on the field.
I wrote an
article years ago about
football symbolism. I noted that there are 11 players on each team, for an
11:11. Another American sport,
baseball, has 9 players
on each side, and has been part of symbolic events. The two sports amount to
9-11 in my eyes.
